The Capricorn Full Moon brings a lovely grounded energy to help you reassess, refine and rebuild.

Think of this moon as your cosmic reminder to look at the structures of your life:

• What’s supporting you?
• What’s draining you?
• What’s ready to evolve?

Capricorn energy often highlights outdated expectations. This moon helps you gently put those down so you can move forward with more freedom.

Global Wellness Day.

A perfect time to share how Sound Healing has helped my personal wellness routine.

I began going to sound baths when I really needed a nervous system reset.....but I didn’t know that at the time.

All I knew was that I was anxious AF, wasn’t looking after myself very well, and felt exhausted allllll the time.

I really needed to find ways to show myself some love and I had been interested in going to a sound bath for a while, the idea of just lying down for an hour was an easy sell to me!

I found one local to me and booked to go solo. It felt like something just for me. I was a little nervous as i had no idea what to expect, but turns out i didn’t need to be.

Its hard to put into words just how relaxed and rested i felt after that first session. I definitely snoozed a little, and probably snored too. There were also moments where i was a little more aware of my surroundings and my mind was trying to work out how all the different noises were being made 😂

But i was hooked. I loved that I got that time of pure relaxation. I knew there was also some science stuff behind how it worked but i didn’t really care about that. I liked how it made me feel.

I began making regular sound baths part of a new wellness routine. A way to add a little self-love into my life at a time where i really needed it.

And here i am, just a few years later, a certified sound practitioner able to give myself and others that same moment of care.

Enough about me....do you have any wellness routines to share today?

Crystal of The Month for June is Citrine.

Citrine is part of the Quartz family, and it carries a distinctly uplifting, spark-igniting energy that feels like a gentle nudge toward your happiest, most confident self.

Citrine encourages optimism, flow, and that delicious feeling of believing in yourself again. It helps dissolve doubt, heaviness, or foggy thinking, replacing it with clarity, and creativity.

If you feel drawn to work with Citrine this month, here are some suggestions:

Hold it during meditation when you want clarity or confidence.

Place it on your solar plexus (upper belly) to boost inner power and warmth.

Keep it near your workspace to support focus, creativity, and aligned decisions.

Use it in manifestation rituals, journaling sessions, or new-beginning moments.

🌕✨ Blue Moon in Sagittarius ✨🌕

A Blue Moon is a little extra magic, a second Full Moon in one month, offering a rare moment to pause, reflect, and realign.

This Sagittarius Full Moon invites you to reconnect with your deeper “why.” What direction does your heart actually want to move in?

This is a wonderful opportunity to come back to what feels true and trust where you’re being guided next.

If it feels good, try these gentle affirmations and see what lands for you ✨

I release what limits me and open myself to possibility.

I trust my inner compass, it always leads me where I need to go.

I allow expansion, freedom, and joy to guide my next steps.

I welcome adventure, inspiration, and new pathways.

I am brave, aligned, and ready for what’s next.

What you do after a Reiki session matters just as much as the session itself.

Your body may have relaxed. Your energy may have shifted. Or, you may not feel anything at all, this doesn’t mean it hasn’t been beneficial!

If you can, keep things soft afterwards:
• drink plenty of water
• move slowly
• rest if your body asks for it
• avoid jumping straight back into busy energy

Think of it as integration time and be kind to yourself.

Another pretty bowl to introduce this month!

This bowl is an 8 Inch Morganite Palladium, D+10.

Morganite supports us with unconditional love, compassion, surrender, and can help bring harmony to the heart.

Paired with Palladium, this bowl also encourages motivation, empowerment, and helps guide us to our highest frequency.

This is a beautiful bowl to support the Heart, Throat and Crown Chakras and a joy to play!

Take a breath and pick the card you feel drawn to 🤍

Don’t overthink it, your first instinct is usually the one.

1 - Morning Dew: Clarity. A fresh start. A positive outlook.
You’re being invited to see things a little differently.
A new start and a change of perspective is possible. Shifts are coming. The future is looking renewed, hopeful, positive and bright. Keep focusing on your ideal outcome.

2 - Rapture: Sensuality. Love. Devotion. Romance. Ecstasy. Pleasure.
This may be a gentle invitation to come back to your senses. Perhaps it is time to reconnect with your sensual side and celebrate it. Remember, sensuality and sexuality are not the same thing. Where can you invite a bit more pleasure into your day?

3 - The Fertile Void: Inner winter. Rest. Patience. Potency. Secret beginnings.
You are being called to rest , soften and repair. In order to welcome in new beginnings , you must first let go of what has been. This card suggests it is time to release old thoughts, beliefs, or perhaps relationships you have outgrown. You can honour your past while sowing seeds for your future.

Let me know which one you chose and if the message resonates ✨

Sometimes the mind gets busy.

For me its overthinking, looping, and future focusing. It gets exhausting 😂

Sound healing is a gentle way to create space around all of that. It helps quiet the mind and allow it to actually rest.

The vibrations help your nervous system soften, your breath slow, and your thoughts begin to loosen.

And the best thing about it is you don’t even have to do anything! Just lie down, listen, and let the sound relax you.
