Today was such an honor 💕🌸.
@mayoclinic invited me to share a soundbath teaser for their Breast Cancer Awareness event. In a room filled with doctors, nurses, patients & survivors, the energy was uplifting, powerful, and deeply inspiring ✨🙏.

🌿 My heart is overflowing with gratitude for Teri Selogy, Breast Oncology Nurse Navigator, for inviting me into this space 💗.

Thank you Mayo Clinic for holding such an informative, nourishing event — even feeding us the most amazing plant-based food 🥗💫. Also if you don’t follow @drdawnmussallem you MUST just an amazing insightful ray of Sunshine! I loved her talk about plant-based foods and nutrition.

✨ A special thank you to Adriana @SerenitySounds for co-facilitating this journey with me. and taking amazing pictures.

My heart is so full! 💗💗

I’d love to bring this floating soundbath experience to more spaces — if you know of a public pool that would be a great fit, and have a contact I can reach out to, please send them my way! 💌

Today we closed the doors on SOMA 1.0. Five years of memories, growth, and so much love live in that space. 🤍

And now… a little peek at where we’re headed.

A new space. A new chapter. The same heart.

A little story about my why—and my love for this space. 🤍

As I wrap my final week of clients here, I find myself coming back to this little ritual at the end of my waxing day: sitting behind my bowls and watching the last light move through the studio.

I’ve spent five years making this space feel just right. I wanted it to serve our community, feel comfortable, and give people room to settle in and let go. I didn’t know then how much this little corner would come to mean to me.

When I got divorced at the end of 2020, I thought I needed to prove to people from my married life that I could build a successful business on my own. The truth is, I now KNOW I needed to prove it to myself.

This studio taught me so much about what I’m capable of—my strengths, my growing edges, and what it takes to keep showing up for something you believe in. Now that I’m preparing to leave, I’m surprised by how emotional it feels. Maybe it isn’t just a room I’m leaving. Maybe it’s a place where I became more fully myself.

I know I’ll carry what I built here into the next space, and I know there’s more growth ahead. But tonight, I’m letting myself feel the tenderness of this chapter coming to a close.

Thank you all who have shared these 4 walls with me collaborators, participants, wax clients, and office mates. 💛✨

What sound draws you in? ✨

The deep resonance of a gong, the tones of singing bowls, the rhythm of a drum, or chimes drifting through the room?

The Sound Healers Collective brings different instruments and practitioners together for a shared listening experience.

Which instrument do you look forward to hearing?

Tell us your favorite below.

To experience those sounds in person, we’d love to welcome you to Into Stillness on Sunday, November 1, at 6 p.m. at the Ribault Garden Club in Jacksonville Beach. Doors open at 5:30 p.m.
