It’s on Pacific and Carlton and I’m considering joint @chelseapiersbrooklyn just so I can eat croissant egg sandwiches there everyday. Congratulations @bestfriendcafebk I love it! by @soupdoulaco

Hello! We are cooking up something new me and you. I’m trying something new this year - shelf stable soup mixes. I dream and blend and you add a little fire and love and maybe some cilantro if your into that sort of thing.

This year Soup Doula will be offering a Monthly Subscription. Each month you will receive one sachet that you will cook at home. Each one makes two to three quarts of soup. That’s enough for a family of five to each get a bowl or a reasonable amount for one fabulous solo dweller to portion out a few dinner and lunches and freeze a pint or two for later.

Right now you can join up and I’m doing a limited run while I’m getting things going so if you would like to do it dm me and I’ll send you a link. The best part? You of course. The second best? Soup. And@last but not least.

It ships. Nationwide 💕 by @soupdoulaco

Hello! We are at the beginning of a new soup season and I have a new offer for you. It’s a shippable Soupscripton. Starting this October. This year our Soup of the Month Club will be shipped directly to your home. Cool right? Each month I will create a seasonally inspired soup recipe and I will be hand mixing a batch of dry soup mixes. I’m going to be taking everything that I learned about soup over the last four years of making thousands and thousands of quarts of soup in the kitchen and transform that knowledge into delicious and nutritious, easy to cook soup mixes for you.

What the Soup of the Month Soupscription will offer.

The Soup of the Month Soupscription is a monthly soup mix shipped directly to your home. Inside you will receive everything you need for a seasonally inspired, nutritious and easy to cook soup meal. Along with instructions on how to cook it and how to glam it up should you want to. Think of it like this year we will be cooking soup together.

I would love it if you would be the first to know when we go live. I have made a email waiting list and you can sign up in the link in the bio. Everyone on the waiting list will get a first chance to participate in the Soupscription launch when we go live and before I announce it on Instagram. And I would love you to be there! Allow me to reintroduce myself. My name is Marisa Mendez Marthaller. Postpartum doula and chef. A.K.A. The Soup Doula. a name earned from my business Soup Doula, which started during the pandemic as a way for me to support my clients by sending them food when I couldn’t be with them during lockdown. Over the past four years I have delivered thousands of quarts of frozen soup in NYC. This season will be our fifth season of Soup Doula and I / we / you will try something new. The big news is I am not going to be making and freezing and delivering soup this season. The heart and soul of Soup Doula is to provide care and nourishment to the community. In the past I have done that with soup that I have made with my own hands. But there is a limitation to how much I can do that work with my own hands and energy. My intention this year is to grow Soup Doula to serve the community more. I am going to do that by writing about Food and Care, my work as a postpartum doula and by including educational soup content for you. My intention this year is to still nourish you and give you a chance to send your loved ones nourishment, it will just be in a different form. And also, I am going to be creating a new offering for you - a dried soup Soupscription. Since it’s dried I will be able to ship it all over the United States, any maybe anywhere really. This Soupscription will be like a soup kit for you to cook in your own home. So in a way this season we will be cooking together. I will provide the recipe and the dry ingredients and the love and then you will add the water, the fire, more love and maybe some fresh herbs. The soupbscription will kick off in the fall. If you are interested please join the email list so you can be one of the first to know. Sign up for the Soup Doula Soupscription here. https://soup-doula.myklpages.com/l/VjWFqB Also If you are looking for a postpartum doula for the fall - reach out I have a couple of spots still available this year! by @soupdoulaco
