“Upon entering into the restaurant, a bar greets you with dramatic wooden arches that mirror the beams above them, as well as 25-foot curtains, which allow the restaurant to cordon off the bar space as needed. In the main area, a few bar seats spill past the curtains and mossy green semi-circular banquettes line both walls for maximum intimacy.” -@resy Photo by @iampatrickchin by @soussous.la

“The newly opened Sous Sous is built inside a 1931 Bethany Presbyterian Church. The building has evolved alongside Silver Lake for nearly a century, becoming an early home to East West Players, one of the nation’s first Asian American theater companies, before later transforming into a neighborhood antique market.” -@lamag Art curated by @rhettbaruch.gallery Photo by @thevuvobandit by @soussous.la
“The restaurant lives inside a refurbished church chapel with an organ-like bar slinging inventive drinks, where it will unquestionably be one of Los Angeles’s most exciting openings in 2026.” -@eater Sous Sous now open in Silver Lake at @hotel_lucile. by @soussous.la
