Today I competed at the @ibjjf no gi world championships. I came third🥉 out of 38. Had 4 matches and 3 submission wins. Lost a close fight to the finals by 4 points. Disappointed because I know I could have won the whole thing but excited about my performance and submissions. One step closer to being a high level athlete. Thank you to everyone for their ongoing support. Couldn’t do it without my teammates at @peninsula_mma and @absolutemmastkilda . Special thank you to @jeroenlynders and @sakennedy23 for flying all the way over to help coach and support, and thank you to my sponsor @ma1_combat .Love you all or something idk I’m probably forgetting something. Oh yeah congrats Nadia too she’s the best by @spencerquaylejj

Highlights of my first match at Euros.
Stream cut off so I thought I’de show people here. Happy to have scored 29-0 on my opponent and display lots of the skills I’ve been working on. Some trips, passes and defence. Any submission attempt went out of bounds so I’m turning into a points fighter😅. I’ll make a full post about the comp and second match. Thank you all💗

Highlights from my Nationals performance today. First @afbjjofficial competition at brown belt. Unfortunately due to pull out and walk over went straight to the final. Thank you to my opponent and everyone who supports.

Thanks to training partners and coaches at @peninsula_mma and @absolutemmastkilda

Hey lovers.

Yesterday I competed at the @afbjjofficial state championship’s, I went into the competition with a goal to score as many points as I could and practice my patience before I go for a submission. As opposed to my normal style of jumping on submissions as fast as possible. Over the three matches I scored 56 points. I am proud that I stuck to my goal in the matches and didn’t revert to my natural instinct. I’m in hope that this will make me a more complete athlete.

Thank you all for your support. Thank you to my teammates at both @peninsula_mma and @absolutemmastkilda and my coach for coming out. Thank you to my sponsor @ma1_combat I love wearing their stuff. Love you all💕🩷🙏
