Recently read the book “Fed Up: What Evolution Reveals About Food, Diet, Health, and Eating Well” and decided to try incorporating yogurt back into my diet. I used some tzatziki leftover from the batch I made last night to make breakfast this morning (and it was so good)!

Inspired by both a recent trip to Greece and a deliver from @joincommontable, last night I made a gyro spiced chicken & vegetables, fresh tzatziki with dairy free yogurt from @kitehillfoods, and the crispiest fresh salad tossed in a mustard vinaigrette.

I was delighted to try @joincommontable’s local farm produce delivery service for the very first time — and was so blown away by the quality! Everything was packaged so adorably with directions on how to properly store each item.

Since it’s a bit of a mystery box, I felt like Iron Chef trying to land on a recipe to make with everything 😂 But with this recipe, I was able to use the torpedo onions, hard wick garlic, new potatoes, cucumbers, dill, cherry tomatoes, and lettuce!

Excited to keep cooking :) by @spicythyme

Had to share this super yummy dinner I made tonight — I just stir fried chicken breast cut into strips in coconut aminos and lemon juice, paired with thinly sliced peppers, onion, and sugar snap peas that were quickly sautéed with avocado oil and coconut aminos so they keep a little bit of their crunch 🫛🧅🫑 Serve over rice with some fresh cucumbers on the side and voila! by @spicythyme

Showcasing my boyfriend’s big daddy portion here but have been absolutely loving asian inspired bowls for dinner. It’s so easy to build a deeply nutritious meal!

For this one, I cut chicken breast into bite sized chunks and air fried them with a little bit of arrowroot flour (which really ups the sticky factor), gf japanese barbecue sauce, and salt + pepper. I served that on top of a bed of rice, steamed edamame, and cabbage slaw that I dressed with toasted sesame oil, coconut aminos, and @sirkensingtons mayo. Scrumptious. by @spicythyme

I’ve heavily taken inspiration from a trend I noticed during my recent trip to London — chives on softer scrambled eggs. Simple, but elevates your breakfast in such a significant way.

I’ve been bringing it back to basics lately by focusing on a really nutritious and protein rich breakfast to start my day off right and to help balance my blood sugar throughout the day. by @spicythyme

Wanted to share a super easy dinner that just hits the spot when you’re not feeling super creative. Steamed rice, edamame, green onion, and chicken thighs cooked in @trybachans gluten free japanese barbecue sauce with a sprinkle of sesame seeds.

It gives that sticky sweetness from the chicken and that vegetal freshness from the edamame, all layered over simple and comforting warm rice…. really what’s better? by @spicythyme

Cucumber salad has been my hyperfixation on and off through all of 2025. We’ve hit an “on” season again.

Super easy preparation for this one - i just sliced cucumber and green & red onion, tossed in some shredded carrots and cabbage and edamame then added coconut aminos, sesame oil, and a tsp of @primalkitchenfoods paleo mayonnaise for each serving (I usually make a big batch of around 3 servings using one big english cucumber, so use 1 tbsp of the mayo).

For the salmon, I just air fry and coat it with some stone ground mustard, paprika, and salt! by @spicythyme

Nothing like a little stuffed pepper 🌶️ I usually just cook some ground turkey on the stovetop with some onions and then mix in fresh rice and tomato sauce (always @raoshomemade because it’s the best) - then just stuff it in a par baked bell pepper and roast for 30 mins at 375!

Side salad is super simple as well, just some butter lettuce, red onion, chickpeas, and cucumber with a drizzle of @primalkitchenfoods caesar dressing. Scrumptious lunch! by @spicythyme

In an effort to get out of the ‘eggs everyday for breakfast’ habit, I decided to whip up a batch of chia pudding, and boyyyy am I glad I did.

It’s a perfectly balanced breakfast full of fiber, fats, and 14g protein (boosted by siggi’s which has 3x more protein than other dairy free yogurt brands).

Simply combine and mix the below ingredients & leave to rest overnight:

2 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 cup dairy free @siggisdairy yogurt
1 tsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon by @spicythyme

Back from an amazing trip to France, where I ate allllll of the delicious cuisine! I’m so grateful for my experience but am also so happy to be getting back into the regular routine.

Nothing sounded better to me tonight than a nice nutritious sheet pan dinner - simply roasting red pepper, onion, zucchini, and sweet potatoes alongside chicken thighs with a touch of seasoning and olive oil!

I also drizzled some @primalkitchenfoods green goddess on top for some extra pizzazz ✨ by @spicythyme

A little love for the viral carrot ribbon salad recipe - the kind of recipe where you just measure from the heart 🫶🏼

A splash of sesame oil, tamari, and rice vinegar, a sprinkle of sesame seeds & chopped scallions, and a little spoonful of chili crunch 👨🏻‍🍳 💋

I served mine alongside a bed of white rice and pan seared chicken thighs for a delicious dinner! by @spicythyme

I’ve gotten such incredible feedback on these cinnamon rolls that I have to share — I served these up this easter and they were the star of the show 🌟

Thank you @bromabakery for sharing your perfect recipe! by @spicythyme
