No apologies for this article in today's @examineronline we all need to speak out and get on the same page with the current situation with what happening across Australia 🇦🇺 in small to medium business.
I am passionate about community, supporting small makers and creative on our Island, creating employment and having strong vibrant communities.

Without small business we have nothing, our cities will die, our communities will shrink, employment drops, morale drops and it's a deep dark hole. We can not allow monopoly of only large multi nationals, prices go up and quality goes down we need the local butcher, baker and candle stick maker!!

With yet another rent rise last week we will not stay quiet, we will not stop fighting for our business, our makers, our creative, our community and our country!!

Yes we have global factors like Trump and his war mongering but our country CAN do better!!

It's unacceptable that the Labor government spend like raccoons on meth without direction, a plan for the future, not one of our current Labor government have ran a business and hence the mess they have made of our running our country.

Pls read the article, share, talk and put pressure on local and federal government. Don't stand on the sidelines, don’t be sheep understand what's happening in your local community, use cash and support where possible your small local businesses. @jeremyrockliff

Mmmmm… I’m sure you’re all feeling the *Albo pain* right now! 😬🇦🇺

But remember, we don’t need riots like we’ve seen in France to make our voices heard. **Real change can start with our collective everyday actions!** 💪

🇦🇺 **HERE’S HOW WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE:**

✍️ Sign petitions that matter. It costs nothing to have your say!

🗣️ Speak up about the issues that matter. Have meaningful conversations, not arguments. We don’t all have to agree, but we should be able to listen, question and learn from each other.

🛍️ Shop small and support local businesses. Every dollar we spend is a choice about where our money goes.

💵 Use cash where possible. Keep cash circulating in our communities and support our right to choose how we pay.

🥕 Shop at your local green grocer. You may find fresher produce and better value while supporting a local business.

🌱 Swap produce with neighbours, share what you have with friends and give to those who are doing it tough. A little generosity goes a long way!

🤝 Build stronger communities. Get to know your neighbours, support local growers and help one another whenever you can.

We must never take our freedoms and everyday choices for granted. Stay informed, ask questions, speak up respectfully and make your voice count.

**Because when we stand together, support each other and make conscious choices, we can make a difference.** 🇦🇺❤️

There are more of us than there are of them… 😂 Do the maths!

Make change with your feet. Vote with your dollar. Use your voice. Support your community.

**WE CAN DO THIS!** 💪🇦🇺
