It’s strange what things trigger certain memories pop up. This morning, I’m reminded of Suzanne Hussey, and a conversation we had when she was taken into hospital. It’s bittersweet, and she told me the first thing she wanted to eat when she got out - a sausage sandwich with butter and ketchup, where “the 3 all sort of mash together and it’s amazing!”. This morning, I’m watching the wrestling and having just that. This one’s for you, Zanne, and all the happy memories! ❤️🥲 by @sprigatitozz

Sleep techniques when you’re away from home - how does everyone else manage?! It can be hard to switch off in unfamiliar surroundings. It’s probably something in us that’s left over from when every other animal was ready to turn us into lunch 😂 by @sprigatitozz
