"You just gotta buckle up and go after it."

In Feb of 2023, Jack Pinho broke 4 for the first time.

With a football and basketball background in high school, Jack worked extra hard to get to that point.

Then injuries hit. He was out all of 2024 after getting surgery and didn't return to running until March/April of 2025.

In his first mile race back, Jack went under 4 again. This time he ran to prove himself right not to prove others wrong.

He dives into the injury setback and how he handled getting back into training. He credits his new coach (@tr__performance ) for helping him finding the fun again by trying new things in training.

His renewed perspective on running is very relatable and something all runners can learn from.
