A few snaps from Squared Sessions (also the closing of my lastest exhibition) which was curated in collaboration with @input_______ , hosted at @glowingstructures_gallery by @squarednotion

Live from a place of aspiration to become the best version of yourself. Show up even when it’s uncomfortable. Step out of and say yes to things out of your comfort zone. Never stop growing. by @squarednotion

*22nd OF AUGUST!

To wrap up the exhibition, I’m bringing back Squared Session — a concept I created out of my love for art, music, events and bringing people together in spaces that feel inspiring.

For this one, I’ll be painting live in the gallery while @input_______ plays an ambient set around the process.
I love the idea of art being something you can actually spend time around, rather than just look at quietly and move on from. I want this to feel social, relaxed and open — come watch me paint, listen to the music, have a drink, move around, dance if you feel like it and hopefully end up in a few conversations you didn’t expect to have.

Think less formal than a gallery opening, more intentional than a typical Friday night out.

Whether you’ve had a long week and want somewhere to wind down, or you’re heading out later and want a more interesting spot for a few pre-drinks, come start your weekend with us.

It’s BYO, so bring your friends, bring whatever you want to drink and come hang out with us in the gallery.

Art, music, people and whatever happens in between. 💚

The Exhale x Squared Notion Recap 🫶🏻🖤

What an honour it was to facilitate alongside my man, @jarrahvolpe, for this Breathwork & Somatic Meditation experience, surrounded by the incredible works of @squarednotion

When Julia reached out and invited us to bring what we do into the beautiful @glowingstructures_gallery while her exhibition was on, we were all in. Any opportunity to weave our work together with artists, especially artists who deeply understand the power of somatic practice, is always something special.

One of our favourite parts of this experience was incorporating the sense of vision. So often these practices happen in blank studio spaces, but being immersed in Julia’s evocative artwork invited everyone to look a little deeper. To move beyond the surface and explore not only what they were seeing, but the architecture of their own inner world.

It was incredibly moving to witness the reflections that emerged and to hold a space where people felt safe enough to breathe, soften, feel, and release.

One piece of feedback that really stayed with us was hearing that our authenticity created a sense of safety, and that safety gave people permission to meet themselves more honestly. That’s why we do this work.

A huge thank you to @squarednotion for trusting us with your beautiful exhibition, and to @pickupjosh for capturing the magic so perfectly. ✨🫶🏻 by @squarednotion

Last Wednesday, we collaborated with @solarmedusa and @clairediazsexology to host a beautiful evening at @glowingstructures_gallery, where my exhibition is currently on display.

The girls created The Glow-Up—a gathering centred around women’s empowerment, community, connection, and lifting one another up through seasons of change, uncertainty, and growth.

As the evening unfolded, the energy in the room kept building. You could feel people opening up, feeling seen, and becoming more comfortable in themselves. It was a reminder of how powerful it is to simply be heard. Sometimes that’s all it takes for someone to stand a little taller and carry themselves differently.

The experience inspired me more than I expected. It reminded me how much I love creating spaces that bring people together, and it opened my eyes to the endless possibilities of blending art with other worlds, conversations, and communities. There will definitely be more events like this.

Thank you to everyone who came.

As I said on the night, you made me feel—for the first time—that this exhibition truly mattered. You transformed it from a room full of paintings into a living, meaningful experience. For that, I’m incredibly grateful. by @squarednotion

YOGA•BREATHWORK•CONNECTION

Part 1 of unwrapping the exhibition. It’s important to me to let you in on the background of the process. I want to show you how I think, digest, internalise.

Theme: The body. The energy. The breath.
Checking in where I feel. Where I’m at.

@jarrahvolpe & @solarmedusa organised a somatic breathwork session at the @glowingstructures_gallery.

It was such a special moment to experience this while being immersed within the surrounding of my art.

Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. by @squarednotion

Open Night at @glowingstructures_gallery

Wow. We did it.
I’m still in awe of the turnout. Thank you to every single person who showed up, supported, shared a conversation, or simply took the time to be there.
This exhibition was only possible because of you. Not just the event itself, but the artwork on the walls. Every painting was shaped by the people, experiences, conversations, and connections that filled this year.
To my close friends and to those who have crossed my path more briefly—you have all been part of this journey. Your presence, support, encouragement, and inspiration found their way into the work, whether you realised it or not.
Thank you for being part of this chapter. What a crew. ❤️

Finally to the team at @glowingstructures who ensured all the paintings are presented in the best light. 🙏🏻

To all of you who couldn’t attend on the night, I’ll be exhibiting in the gallery until the 17th of July. Make sure you also keep an eye out on the upcoming events in the space before the end of the exhibition.

For anyone interested in the artworks, feel free to reach out via the contact page on my website. by @squarednotion
