๐ŸŒˆ Mr Juniper, 25 July 2020 - 28 November 2024. I'm beyond devastated to let you know that we had to make the very difficult decision to help our gorgeous Mr Pig across rainbow bridge yesterday morning. He had a few different issues which meant he wasn't able to fully recover and have the quality of life we wanted for him so it was the kind thing to do. I didn't want to post in black and white as I want him to be remembered as the colourful character that he was, with his stunning fur. He came to us from @ashtead_guinea_pig_rescue at just under a year old, having lost his brother. He soon formed an incredibly strong bond with our two girls, but especially Nutmeg. The two of them were inseparable, never happier than when together, whether that was snuggling together, sharing food or grooming each other. They loved licking each other's ears and would often be seen waddling round their home together and wheeking up and down the ramp. We can't believe we'll never see them rumble and flirtatiously wobble their butts at each other again! ๐Ÿ’” He loved playing with Cinnamon too, they were an incredible trio. His favourite foods were dill, coriander, carrot tops and corn, which we grow in the garden. He really wheeked for carrot tops and corn leaves. All piggies are special, but our boy was one of a kind. He had the biggest heart and the biggest character, which has led to him gaining quite a following on here. Anyone who came across him, whether online or in person, absolutely loved him โค๏ธ Which is why we know he will have so many friends to welcome him and play with across rainbow bridge ๐ŸŒˆ He was so kind to all of us, watching over his girls and taking care of them, and always ready with the best cuddles and lots of kisses. There was so much trust and love for us. I would give anything for one more kiss from my boy. We'll miss his silly (rather un-manly) wheeks as he trotted around his home and up and down the ramp. It will be quiet without him. He was so, so loved. If love could have kept him going, he would have lived forever โค๏ธ #guineapigsofig #piggies #cuteanimals #loveanimals #guineapigs #cavysofinstagram #่ฑš้ผ  #pawfect #cutepets #cavy #cavies #guineapig by @squeakywheekers
