2 Great Gifts I received this year,

1) From my God herself, @sanika_prani

A certificate of completion of 75HARD. Which says:

On my honor to my God, myself, and to my life, i will stand by my word and take this pledge seriously, sincerely, and by my own free will that in 75 days i have :

Full belief, trust ans rely on myself with my confidence

Developed my own worth and abilities through my newfound self esteem

I earned to forever exercise my unyielding strength in the face of hardships by showing grit

Changed my mindset to always show courage in pain or adversity by practicing fortitude.

Unshakable faith in myself and ability to follow through because of my self worth.

Learned the assertion of willpower and stamina to persevere through discipline

Curated confidence in my own strengths and judgement by developing self belief.

In addition i affirm that i have faithfully performed the requirements of 75HARD exactly as the program requires. With a clear conscience. I have completed the program with ZERO compromise and ZERO substitutions..

In 75 days, i have become 75 Hard.

And number 2) from @toraa_toraa_

A trophy that says Rishit Prani has completed 75 Hard.. I refuse to sink which is a tattoo on my arm.

Throw back to why the f*** did i learn this song. Man i miss those days by @st_narcissus_

I know, I know. Another transformation post. Its boring now isn't it? Well, today i felt like i saw a different perspective of this. Thought id share it with you folks

The first, ngl is amazing 😂. Lost over 30 kgs in 6 months, lost 10 of those within 3 weeks, good job eh? Well, yes, but whats not seen is who was really doing it. My family, who dragged me to the gym, my trainer who kicked my ass, and @shaunt yelling at me to "DIG DEEPER" was really a good chunk of it. All i had to do was, do it. Bringing myself to doing it just wasn't my part.

Fast forward tothe second pic, 2021, where it all went wrong. Many things happened that year. My parents got covid to kind of a bad extent, many relatives, and friends died, i was isolated from the world (i kinda did it to myself tbh), drowned in my thoughts, no gym, no diet, no studies, no will, no motive. Turns out when all the supporting factors drowned, it didn't take long for me to crumble. Now here i was. 99 kgs again, but that wasn't the worst part.

It took a long time to figure things out again. Yes, ive just lost 8 kgs so far, not a big deal, maybe a bit more muscular, but if you could weigh the amount of pity, self loathing, self harm, depression, anxiety, night terrors, and negativity ive lost, it would go beyond a tonne.

So this isn't about how i look. This is about how i feel. And i feel great. Cuz this time, i cant lose my drive. Cuz its me. Im my own drive. And i feel like a man who has himself as his weapon os the strongest one out there. And i aint the one to quit.

I'll see you when i actually end up having a decent physique. Stay hard by @st_narcissus_

Chapter 6: Georgia.
Undoubtedly the most eventful year of my life.

The final lap in Georgia began with heartbreak—2024 wasn’t exactly gentle. But in the midst of the chaos, a few moments pulled through just in time to save the year.

Reconnecting with a few souls I had lost along the way was, without a doubt, the highlight. It never felt like effort coming back to them—everything just clicked. It was real. It was easy. It was home.

Growing up teaches you one thing real quick: every decision comes with consequences you’re rarely prepared for. But hey—there’s no such thing as depression if there’s a gym nearby. Pumping iron did more for me than any SSRI ever could. (Gotta love the med school references.)

For a mind that rarely sits still, leaving this long, beautiful chapter—and this extended family—is tougher than I’d like to admit. Toward the end, it really did feel like home. And as strange as it sounds, going back home now… kinda feels like leaving it.

To Georgia—and to everyone reading this—
I’ll never forget the day we met. Girl, I’m gonna miss you. Here’s hoping life brings us face to face again someday.

Until then… კარგად იყავი, საქართველო ❤️ by @st_narcissus_

Gods aren't everywhere, so they made a mother,
But mine especially is a Goddess in flesh,
The only one to love me regardless, be it by my today, or my first breath.
Today's probably her day, but it should be the whole year
Never have i met anyone in my life who's all so dear.
My only true God, and i know there's no other.

Gods can't be everywhere. Thats why they made a mother❤️. Happy mother's day mumma by @st_narcissus_
