POSTS STORIES REELS

@soulbodystudios was created because wellness had become unnecessarily complicated and fragmented.

Multiple studios. Multiple memberships. Movement here. Recovery there.

SoulBody brings smart, results-driven exercise and science-backed recovery together in one boutique space, with one membership, a personalized approach, and a community built around wellness.

It’s a simpler, more sustainable way to take care of your body and one that makes consistency possible.

If this approach resonates, you are in the right place 💚 by @staceysewardvandiver

To our community that continues to show up & raise awareness for important causes, we couldn’t do this without you.

This past weekend, our SBS community got together for outdoor pilates to raise money for @canceralliancenetworkswfl 💚 When people show up for one another, this is what happens!

Thank you to @vybe_fortmyers for hosting our post-pilates brunch, to @hydr.ategirl for fuelling everyone with B12 shots and to all the wonderful local businesses who participated in the goodie bags: @facefoundrie @the.bowl The Keep & @bluemercury ✨

Let’s do it all over again!! 💗💗

Honored to be nominated with this entire group of very impressive women who have made an impact on the industry of wellness. From the moment I joined @the2percent.club I continue to be inspired by the diverse leadership of these women.

Thank you @melissagweiss & @rachhirsch for creating a community of doers in wellness! 🌟

Send this to an instructor who does this well 💪🏽

The best instructors read the room and can anticipate what their members need while offering INTENTIONAL cues. They don’t just scream out “up and down”, they observe, adjust and direct with confidence.

Thats the SBF method💚

Loved working w @zeeannaphoto one on one today at @soulbodystudio on the @totalgym1974 Encompass! Taking it slower to correct form and feeling the exercise with purpose - understanding a plank, alignment for deeper muscle engagement and so much more.

A cue I use: “BETTER FORM, BETTER RESULTS”

Reach out to me if you want a session like this - it makes a difference 💪

A great class doesn’t happen by accident.

Tiffany’s SoulBody Barre class hit every element of fitness: strength, balance, flexibility, and endurance, then closed with recovery in the final stretch. The choreography matched the music, her cues were spot on, and the whole room moved together from start to finish.

Then she took it further, adapting choreography from SoulBody Unhitched into the barre format. That’s what thoughtful programming and a skilled instructor can do together. It keeps every class fresh and keeps your body challenged in new ways.

Because you want your healthspan to meet your lifespan.

A member sent me this message, and I had to share it. I have read it many times as it explains EXACTLY why we offer what we offer at @soulbodystudios & create what we create at @soulbodyfitnessglobal

This summer she walked into her first class at SoulBody Studios. Now she’s in Pilates, yoga, and barre 5 days a week, and she makes time for Infrared Sauna, Salt Therapy, and Red Light Therapy too.

She wanted to get stronger, protect her bones, and build the kind of balance that keeps her independent.

She does all of it while working full time as a teacher, tutoring, and being a wife and mom.
Swipe to read her words.

I’m so grateful for every person who walks through our doors and decides to show up for themselves…at ALL AGES! I say it all the time: it doesn’t matter if you’re 20 or 80 – we’re all a day older tomorrow. Everyone ages and why health is wealth!

If you’ve been thinking about starting, this is your sign. It’s never too late to get stronger.

Community that comes together to support great causes like @canceralliancenetworkswfl is what it’s all about 💚

Still reminiscing on our Beach Walk this past weekend. We’re so grateful for this incredible community we have built that shows up when it matters.

A special thank you to our community for showing up when it counts, and joining us this past weekend to walk for a purpose, in support of @canceralliancenetworkswfl 💗

At SBS we are so much more than a fitness studio. We are a place where people can move their bodies freely, recovery safely after and join community events that matter. We will continue to use the power of this wonderful community that you have all helped built to make an impact💚

A thank you is also well deserved to our partners: @yvowarrior @thepelvicnook @bonitafishcompany @canceralliancenetworkswfl

@staceysewardvandiver has been teaching for over 15+ years, so it’s safe to say, she has picked up a few cues that work along the way👀

Cueing is a learned skill, one that takes practice and time to perfect. That’s why where you get certified matters! At SBF, we prioritize the WHY behind movement, we don’t just show you choreo.
