For a moment be still. Find the beauty around you. Be still and look up, drop your shoulders and breathe deep. “What other species now require of us is our attention. Otherwise, we are entering a narrative of disappearing intelligences.”-Terry Tempest Williams by @stacious

When you lose your compassion for those in need, when you cast aside your capacity to care, when you ignore the plight of your fellow man, then the qualities that once allowed you to rise above and the virtues that once made you human are gone.

The past days have held a gentle pace as we arrive at #AutumnalEquinox. Gathering with dear friends and diving deep, carving space for creative grace and salt air, and returning to the mat with deep bows to these shifting times and the lessons they bring. 🍂A gentle call for stillness as we shift into the waning season of autumn, a time of harvest and abundance, falling leaves and saving (and sowing) seeds. Birdsong shifts to flow with shorter days. Leaning into a deeper knowing of transitions ahead and giving space to feel into the coming whiro/ new moon.

How are you holding these seasonal shifts and changes my darling ones?

Sending #Solstice love, blessings, and holiday warmth to all.

Solstice to those here in the Southern Hemisphere and #WinterSolstice for those in the North.

....for many of you, this time rolls into a season of holidays. Which usually mark a time, for many, of family and gathering, of joy and sharing, abundance and bliss. For you, be present. Devour the gifts and abundance of family and community with gratitude for you are deeply blessed.

…for some this is a time of deep longing for the connection of holidays past. Where the culmination of months and months of self/community/global isolation and disconnection bring upon layers of tiredness and a longing for kin, for touch, for comfort in knowing all will be ok. Be safe my dear ones. Be Gentle.

...and for some, this marks a season of quiet existence and humble reflection, loneliness and grief - For you my dear tender beloved ones, I send you love and strength. You are not alone and know you are deeply loved, you are worthy of love, and I am here for you, always.

Whomever you are, wherever you are - I send you many blessings, much peace, endless love, wishes for abundance and wellness, and warm cozy feelings to all of you. Regardless of whatever holidays you observe, wherever you are, and whomever you are with...x

Take a moment of pause. Breathe gently.. consciously. Send your own heart the love you’d easily give others. Send deep gratitude deep into the soil, as if gratitude could weave roots down.. Turn your beautiful face to the sun and breathe in the freshest air.

These are the best gifts to give, receive, and share.
