✨ Tip Tuesday: Wedding Details Brides Forget Last Minute ✨
You’ve booked the vendors, found the dress, and planned every detail... but it’s often the little things that create unnecessary wedding day stress. 💍
This week’s Tip Tuesday is all about the details brides commonly forget until the last minute:
✔️ A wedding day emergency kit (fashion tape, safety pins, stain remover, blotting papers & more)
✔️ Vendor tip envelopes and final payments prepared in advance
✔️ A trusted point person to handle vendor questions and distribute payments on your behalf
The goal? Spend your wedding morning soaking in the moment, not troubleshooting logistics. 🤍
Save this post for your wedding planning checklist and share it with a bride-to-be who needs the reminder!

Tip Tuesday: What Happens 30 Days BEFORE the Wedding? 💍✨

You’re officially in the final stretch! The last 30 days before your wedding day can feel overwhelming, but breaking down your checklist makes all the difference for a stress-free countdown.
Here is your essential 30-day game plan:
1️⃣ Lock In Your Guest Count & RSVPs — Send over final headcounts, finalize your seating chart, and relay dietary requirements to your caterers.
2️⃣ Double-Check Every Booking — Touch base with your venue, photographer, florist, caterer, DJ/band, and transportation to confirm times and locations.
3️⃣ Get Wedding-Day Ready — Finish final fittings, break in your shoes, gather all accessories, and distribute the timeline to your vendors and key family.
4️⃣ Tackle Final To-Dos — Pick up your marriage license, pack for the honeymoon, write those vows, and carve out quiet time together!
Once the hard work is done, all that’s left is to soak in every single moment. 🤍

Tip Tuesday: Bride vs. Wedding Coordinator - Who Handles What?

One of the biggest wedding planning misconceptions? Thinking your coordinator makes all the decisions for you. 👰💍

Here’s the truth: The bride creates the vision, and the coordinator brings it to life. While you choose vendors, set the budget, and make the final calls, your coordinator manages the timeline, communicates with vendors, handles last-minute surprises, and keeps your wedding day running smoothly.

Think of it this way: 💡 Bride = CEO 💡 Wedding Coordinator = Operations Manager

When everyone understands their role, your wedding day becomes less stressful and far more enjoyable. Save this post if you’re currently planning your big day!
