Every DJ experience hits differently but this past weekend's kids rave for @petworthporchfest was especially satisfying. A community event for music lovers of all ages where I played everything from Let it go, It's raining men, Suavamente and techno versions of children songs. The BPMs ranged between 100 and 155. The music was a vehicle for children and adults to interact live in the DC community. Thanks to @lisagator1 and @mcravez for the encouragement, the bubbles, street chalk and other kids activities to keep the young ones engaged and to all the parents and fans who attended and to the toddlers who helped with the track selection (see pictures in the post). The feedback and inquiries about whether I would do everything from Pride events to Children Parties is appreciated. DC, I will be back. Free DC!

This is a good opportunity to thank family, friends and fans who have supported me as well as a few people who have given me such great opportunities @rambluronrose , @loloreskin @davidsinopoli . Thanks to them and others, I have played at @flashclubdc, @jolenesoundroom @zeyzeymiami and iiijoints. Miami has amazing local DJs who also inspire me to constantly improve. This past Saturday @zeyzeymiami opening and closing for @sistersledgeofficial was an amazing experience as it was my first time opening for a live act. I want to thank friends, family and new fans who provided such great supportive feedback. A little over a month ago, Callie transitioned to dog heaven at the age of 14. I didn't post earlier as it was painful. Yesterday, a friend who we hadn't seen us in awhile came over and asked about Callie. She was devastated as she grew up with my son and Callie. Callie was part of so many people's lives so we wanted to let all her friends know. We miss "lady" and her personalities but she will not be forgotten. by @alexalashmusic

In the ‘70s and ‘80s @stanmiami was a regular at legendary NYC dance clubs like Paradise Garage, Danceteria, and The Saint 🪩🔥 In 2023 he found new inspiration in Miami’s music scene in spaces like Jolene and Floyd and dedicated himself to learning the craft of DJing, leading to a successful debut last year in DC!
