Every Sunday we will be hosting a series of long runs designed to help you build momentum and be race READY ahead of the @officialbighalf !

Our weekly runs will gradually increase in distance, with planned deload weeks along the way to keep you progressing, recovering well, and lining up on race day strong

On Saturday, we put on a remembrance run for Grenfell. Remembering the 72 lives lost and all those affected, this run was about unity, community, and coming together to honour and remember.

A few close-up photos of the @stayreadyrc and @jog4justice running team today, marking the 9th anniversary of the Grenfell Tower tragedy.💚

I’m sure that for many people, although it was 9 years ago, it still feels as close today as it did on that dreadful night.💚

Photographing and speaking to those who ran today showed that those who lost their lives, and those who will be forever affected by the tragedy, will always be remembered and loved by all.💚

@jog4justice are taking part in another 7.2 km run tomorrow as a mark of respect for the 72 lives lost that night. If you can, please join them and help honour the memory of those who passed away. 💚 by @milanmaleik

This Saturday we will be running in remembrance of the Grenfell Fire organised by @stayreadyrc & @arcttm_ 💚 The Grenfell Fire tragedy hits close to home to thefajrclub as a West-London born platform, we’ve seen first-hand and have been close to the situation as locals to the area so we sincerely hope that you can come down to show condolences and support the fight for justice.

If you’d like to, feel free to wear green in recognition of the Grenfell colours. This is completely optional, just come as you are and be part of a meaningful moment.
