Imagine waking up one day not being able to feel your feet… The next day, no feeling in your thighs… 48hrs in a hospital all to be told they don’t see anything wrong. 7 days later a neurologist diagnosed me with Guillain-Barré Syndrome leaving me in a state of shock and confusion. (Love you @lskris for making sure I was taken care of) After all the tears, anger, prayers and silence, the resilience kicked in! 💪🏽 The last few months weren’t about getting summer-ready. They were about finding my way back! While everyone else was getting a head start, I was fighting a battle I never expected and didn’t even know where to start. Behind my silence, make no mistake—I was finding strength, practicing faith and refusing to quit. The comeback is always louder than the setback. I’m back Smiling, Stronger, Grateful And ready. Thank You God for another day being better than I was yesterday 💫✨ “God doesn’t give you anything you can’t handle” - my husband’s words everyday!! Guess you were right Beefy! 💕 #ComebackSeason #Resilience #StrongerThanYesterday #TheSavoyEffect #GBSWarrior by @staysavoy
It took me a VERY LONG TIME to understand and believe that not only did I deserved LOVE, but it’s necessary to prioritize Self-Love.✨ I now celebrate loving the woman I see in the mirror daily! She is truly remarkable! This is 50! IT FEELS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! 💫 📸: @peachy_fuzzz @sassy_fly_gurl . . . #fiftyshades #shes50 #bodybybrandon #selflove❤️ #lovingme #aries #ariesseason♈️ #lovereels by @staysavoy

HE SAID TOP 5… AND DAMN IF HE DIDN’T DO EXACTLY THAT!!! (Top 2 but I’ll let the judges live) I’ve watched the discipline, the sacrifices, the early mornings, the long days, and the dedication it takes to compete at this level. I’m beyond proud of you! Not just for where you placed, but for the man you continue to be throughout the process. And the crazy part? I know you’re just getting started! (As he added more shows in 24 hours 🤣🤣) Congratulations honey, @oneprioritynutrition @ifbb_pro_40_savoy #IFBBPro #Discipline #Bodybuilding #thesavoyeffect #ifbbprowifelife by @staysavoy

On Sunday, my baby taught her FIRST decorating class and when I tell you I was one PROUD MAMA!!! 😭🙌🏾 Watching Dara stand in front of those girls, confident, patient, and sharing something she’s worked so hard to perfect was EVERYTHING. It’s one thing to have a talent, but it’s another thing to be able to teach it, share it, and turn it into a business. And YES… I took 87 pictures like somebody’s proud mama because I AM! 😂📸 Follow @thesugarmode and book TODAY! by @staysavoy
