Glad I got the chance to link up with @bnbtacticalco for the SpelHouse Range Experience! A fresh, creative, and interactive way to connect and reconnect with Morehouse and Spelman alumni and other like-minded individuals during Homecoming ’26. I give this experience a solid 10/10! If you missed it this year, make sure you catch the next one. Special shoutout to @atlgunclub !

SpelHouse Range Experience: Part I

The SpelHouse Range Experience was truly unforgettable! The day was filled with electric energy, genuine fellowship, and meaningful connections among Morehouse alumni and like-minded attendees. From first-time shooters to seasoned marksmen, B&B Tactical created an inclusive, welcoming experience where everyone felt at home on the range. Every detail was executed with excellence, making the event a standout success. I can’t wait to see how they raise the bar even higher next year! by @stckfgr2

THIS is what it was all about! 🐺🔥

At the end of yesterday’s SpelHouse Range Experience, one of our Morehouse brothers mentioned he’d NEVER shot suppressed before.

Well… we couldn’t let him leave like that. 😂

Everybody loaded up three rounds and let our brother experience a little bit of EVERYTHING. And just when he thought it was over… a FULL MAG through a suppressed full-auto to close out the day! 😮‍💨

HUGE love to @PaladinMunitions for POWERING this entire experience! Every round you see sent downrange was provided by Paladin, who personally made sure our brother got the full experience. None of this happens without you! 🤝🏾

The smile on his face. The excitement. Everybody cheering him on. THAT is what made it all worth it.

This was always bigger than a range day. It’s about community, brotherhood, and creating experiences people will never forget.

THIS is the SpelHouse Range Experience.

SpelHouse Range Experience 2026!!!

Great people, great energy, and an even better experience! Huge shoutout to B&B Tactical for putting together an incredible event that brought people together through a shared interest in firearms, fellowship, and community.

Whether you were a first-time shooter or a seasoned marksman, there was something for everyone! The support, encouragement, and positive energy were unmatched. Being surrounded by like-minded individuals was truly refreshing!

Connected with some familiar faces, met some new ones, and made memories that’ll last well beyond the range! 💯

Already counting down to next year’s SpelHouse Range Experience! The only question is… WHO’S PULLING UP NEXT YEAR?! 👀

Happy Sunday from Kai! ☀️💗 Wishing everyone a beautiful, blessed, and joyful Sunday! 🙏🏾✨ by @stckfgr2

Happy National Daughters Day to my favorite little girl—and sorry for the late post! ❤️

St. Joe, my high school alma mater, might not have gotten the win last night 😅🏈, but somehow, I still walked away feeling like I did.

Watching you laugh, cheer, take in the atmosphere, and simply enjoy yourself reminded me that these are the moments that truly matter. The final score will eventually be forgotten, but the memories we make together are ones I’ll cherish forever.

Another night, another memory, and another moment I’m blessed to share with my baby girl.

Happy National Daughters Day, Kai. Daddy loves you more than you’ll ever know. 🫶🏾

Last Sunday, I took my little princess to the Capri Theater in Jackson’s Fondren District to see Toy Story 5. ❤️🍿

I couldn’t help but think back to seeing the very first Toy Story as a kid. I remember how magical it felt—it was the first computer-generated animated movie I’d ever seen. Wow… I’m definitely showing my age! 😂

I wanted my daughter to experience that same sense of wonder. We enjoyed a great movie, delicious restaurant-quality food, and, most importantly, quality time together. Seeing her smile throughout the movie made the day unforgettable.

Making memories with my little princess will always be my favorite adventure. ❤️👑

Forty-nine years ago today, my brother, L. C. Tennin III, was born. Though he’s no longer with us, his impact continues to live on in everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.

L.C. was truly one of a kind—an extraordinary athlete who seemed to excel at every sport he touched, incredibly intelligent beyond belief, and someone with a magnetic charisma that naturally drew people to him. He had a presence that couldn’t be ignored. While sports were never my strongest suit, I always admired the ease, confidence, and passion with which he approached everything he did.

Today, I celebrate not only his birthday but the legacy he left behind. If you knew L.C., I’d love for you to help me honor him. Please share any pictures you have of him in the comments or send them to me. I’d love to see the memories that captured the remarkable man he was.

Happy Heavenly Birthday, L.C. You are deeply missed, forever loved, and never forgotten. ♥️🕊️ by @stckfgr2

Fatherhood isn’t always easy. There are long days, sleepless nights, sacrifices, and moments when you wonder if you’re doing enough. But all of it fades away when you see your child smile, laugh, or reach for your hand. Those simple moments make every challenge worth it.

Being a father isn’t about being perfect. It’s not about having all the answers or never making mistakes. It’s about showing up. It’s about being present, listening, teaching, encouraging, and loving your children through every stage of life.

Years from now, our kids may not remember every gift we bought or every word we said, but they will remember the moments we shared. The ice cream runs, the bedtime stories, the conversations in the car, the hugs, and the times we simply chose to be there.

Because in the end, fatherhood is not measured by perfection—it’s measured by presence. And those moments will be forever ingrained in the hearts and lives of our children.

Happy Father’s Day to all of the dads who make it happen each and every day for their families. May you feel loved and appreciated on this day. by @stckfgr2

Today my heart was full in a way words can barely capture. Watching my little girl, Kai, stand so confidently and give her very first Easter speech and dance… I couldn’t be more proud of her.

In that moment, I saw her light shine so brightly, and I’m reminded that every good thing in my life comes from God. Kai, you are truly a gift—beautiful, precious, and a blessing beyond measure.

I thank God every day for trusting me to be your father. Keep shining, my sweet girl. 💛 🐣 🐰

Four trips, countless memories 🐶🐾

Got to experience Mississippi State’s College of Veterinary Medicine Open House again—this time with my daughter and her mom—and somehow it just keeps getting better. This was her fourth time coming, and the excitement hasn’t faded one bit. From the animals to the hands-on activities, she was all smiles the entire day.

Watching her light up around everything I’ve worked toward reminds me exactly why this journey matters.

Here’s to traditions, family, and maybe a future vet in the making. 🩺🐶🐱🫀🫁
