For a long time, wedding entertainment has lived in its own lane. Designers obsessed over aesthetics. Chefs obsessed over flavor. Florists obsessed over texture. Architects obsessed over space. Somewhere along the way, music became the one creative discipline that was expected to simply “show up.”

We never believed that.

We’ve always believed entertainment deserves a seat at the design table.

That belief has changed how we work. We ask different questions. We study design decks before playlists. We collaborate with planners instead of waiting for timelines. We curate wardrobes for our DJs and hybrid bands because what guests see is just as important as what they hear. We think about pacing, emotion, silence, movement, and atmosphere—not as separate decisions, but as one connected experience.

Because music isn’t an island. It’s woven into everything else.

The best weddings don’t happen when every vendor delivers their own masterpiece. They happen when every discipline is speaking the same creative language.

Maybe that’s why couples today are asking for something different. Their “Do Not Play” lists keep getting longer. They care more about feeling than formulas. They aren’t looking for louder. They’re looking for intentional.

We’re here for that.

If we’ve contributed anything to this industry, we hope it’s helping shift the conversation from playlists to curation, from performance to experience, and from simply making people dance to making people feel.

Southwest Florida, meet Luana — founder of Nūma Notes.

If you’re a lover of scent, meaningful experiences, or the little details that make life feel special, add one of her pop-ups to your calendar.

For this Sip & Scent experience, Luana brought us to Three60 Wine for an evening of handcrafted fragrances, good conversation, shared stories, and even better company — paired with a beautiful spread by @mindfulspread. We got to slow down, enjoy a glass, try new scents, and create something personal together.

What stood out to me most is the intention behind her work. Luana doesn’t just create fragrances — she creates scents that connect you to moments, memories, and feelings you might not expect.

I experienced that firsthand when I created my own. There’s something about finding a scent that feels uniquely yours — the confidence it brings, the memories it stirs up, and the way it can take you somewhere without ever saying a word.

You can feel that same care and integrity in Luana’s work, and I’m grateful I got to capture a piece of it.

Good scents, good food, good people, and an experience worth remembering.

Southwest Florida, go experience Nūma Notes for yourself🤎
