Our #DungeonCrawlerCarl Halloween Pumpkins

I did the Princess Donut pumpkin and Adam did the Mongo and Carl's Boxers pumpkin!

Pumpkins we got from @sleepy_hollow_farm by @stefanie.and.adam

Went went to Sleepy Hollow Farm to pick out our pumpkins and enjoy the start of fall by @stefanie.and.adam

We did this! #kprunwalkroll Adam and I ran/walked the race. All the strength training worked out, during the race I ran with no pain(sore after 😆) . What I need to work on is straight cardio. I had a hard time breathing which took the gas out of me. So you can see at the start I was feeling all cute but I was dying at the end. Adam bounced back faster, his cardio is way better than mine but overall with all those hills I'm proud we did it and we had fun together!

I have a plan to improve(I need to actually do it) but if you have suggestions I would love to hear them! by @stefanie.and.adam

We hit 100 camps this year! We have been getting so much stronger each and every time. We are both seeing results. Before Burn my shoulder never healed quite right and it's getting stronger and not causing me so much many issues, i could hardly do anything overhead with my left shoulder. Adam's back use to have so many problems to the point he had bought a nice cane. He has only has 1 flare up this year vs it being at least once a month before. We are both seeing more muscle definition too.

Come join us! They have a sale right now too! Let's all get strong. @burnbootcampsouthcobb by @stefanie.and.adam

Yesterday we enjoyed the Baby Metal concert! We both really liked the opener Violent Vira as well. This was our third time seeing Baby Metal! by @stefanie.and.adam

We cosplayed a bit this #dragoncon and had a blast. I do wish it wasn't so hot but what can you do. by @stefanie.and.adam

We had the most beautiful time in Huntsville. Loved it! Celebrated 16 years together. No traffic, no giant crowds. Just perfect by @stefanie.and.adam

We had so much fun at #Momocon. It's massive! 16k steps on Thursday alone and I couldn't even see the whole vendors hall after 5 hours in there. It's unbelievable how it went from a small event at the GT student center with no food that we had gotten pizza delivered to 67 thousand people taking up both a and b hall. I am excited to see how much more it grows! I need to put together all my goodies I got later on! by @stefanie.and.adam

A Walk-through of our new blueberry patch and food garden #gardening #zone8a #georgiagardening #foodgarden by @stefanie.and.adam

My garden so far! We are still in spring. I also saw baby monarch caterpillars yesterday!

Today we went to the @atlantahistorycenter to see the Freedom Tour. We really enjoyed seeing these historical documents. We also enjoyed the Swan House and Gardens. It's the first time we saw it this time of year so I was loving all the spring flowers. Anyone know what variety of Peony the white flower is. The label just said Peony... by @stefanie.and.adam
