Gut health is a real thing. I have been with Plexus for more than two years and I can actually see the difference. Or should I say, see and feel the difference!
⭐️ it’s not just about the number on the scale it’s about overall health.
⭐️ some people feel if you don’t see results in seven days or 30 days it’s not working. Think about it do you think you noticed in seven days or in 30 days if you were out of shape if you were gaining weight. It takes time to detox your body.
⭐️I feel better at 57 than I did at 47. Why? Because I have focused on my gut health. I’ve been mindful. Have I deprived myself completely??? No, I’m human.
⭐️Here’s why I stay with Plexus, because when I’m not consistent with Plexus, I feel like 💩, the aches and pains, the cravings and my sleep is in the 🚽

This was yesterday (Sunday) I’m sharing because I’m proud of myself and I’m going to celebrate every win. In the weight watchers world this called an NSV(non scale victory).

Here’s why I’m proud of myself and I’m celebrating myself👏
💪 I MADE THE DECISION TO GET OUT THERE AND JUST DO IT!
💪 I DID IT WITH A BAD FOOT, AND KEPT GOING EVEN AFTER I FELT DISCOMFORT! I wanted to finish.
💪 I DID IT KNOWING I WAS HOSTING DINNER AND WOULD BE GOING UP AND DOWN THE STAIRS.

🌟Celebrate your wins🥳 cheer yourself on 👏 and keep going. You got this 💪

The last in-person workshop was 6-1-24!!!
Today is a new day, so let’s do this!
🌟When I started in 2016 at 278 pounds I needed these workshops. These workshops are what got me to my weight loss success! So here we are today, back again!
Never give up, it’s never too late!

This bike saved me from constant knee pain. Not knee pain from a fall or getting hurt. It was knee pain from being overweight! When my orthopedic told me I HAD to lose weight to have a knee replacement. I said, does he know what he’s asking a fat person?!
Well, this bike helped me lose the weight and 4 years later I had 2 knee replacements. That was in 2020 and my second in 2021.
I’m forever thankful to my orthopedic, weight watchers, plexus and this bike for where I am today!!!
I’m not exactly where I want to be, but I’ll get back and I feel better at 57 than I did at 47!
Never give up!

On Friday, I ran into someone and she said you look familiar, I said to myself when I saw her walk through the door, I know that lady! So we started talking to try to figure out where we knew each other from.
Long story short, it was the Weight Watchers in person workshops. Now I have been a member of Weight Watchers since 2016. Have I been 100% consistent? No!
After chitchatting with her, I told her you have now inspired me to get back. I think I forgot about what you gain from Weight Watchers. There’s so much to it and the program works if you actually work it. I did learn that years ago.
So here we go let’s do this again!

This popped on my FB from last year!
Sadly this is not where I am right now, I’ve been riding the struggle bus 🚌for a bit. Life is real, it’s not all of what social media wants to sell us.
Yes, I’ve gained but i’m not where I was when I started a 278 pounds. I’ve worked hard on this journey. That started way back in 2016. I’ve made huge changes but I’ve also had some ups and downs because life is real.
I try to be mindful, but I also don’t want to always deprive myself. So it is a balancing act ⚖️🤹
So what do we do??? We don’t give up, we keep going and do the best that we can!!!

I will never forget! As a born and raised New Yorker, as a person who was in the WTC almost daily during my Wall St career, this will always be heavy on my heart. May God rest the souls of the innocent people lost and may God help their families. by @stefanie_bhealthy

Let me tell you something about this man! Just a few highlights! He is…..
💙A lot like my Dad
💪A hard worker, dedicated!
🔒100% locked in on his family, always puts us first!
🎉Always the life of the party
🕺Usually the one dancing
👴👶🏻The best Papi, Papa, Grandfather
The one who always sees the bright side of things, would NEVER hurt anyone. Not one mean bone in his body!
He’s a keeper and he’s all mine! ❤️
He must really love me, because I’m a pain in the a$$. 😂

For me, wellness isn’t about being perfect—it’s about feeling my best from the inside out. 💚

Lately, I’ve been focusing more on my gut health because I’ve learned how much it can impact energy, digestion, and overall well-being. Supporting my daily routine with Plexus products has become one of the simple habits that helps me stay consistent.

Everyone’s health journey is different, but finding a routine that works for you can make a real difference. I’m grateful to have products that fit into my lifestyle and help me prioritize my wellness goals one day at a time.

If you’ve been curious about gut health or want to learn more about the products I’m using, send me a message. I’d love to share my experience! ✨
