Love tried to break me It tried to trick me It sucked me into seeing parts of myself addicted to an addict The mirror is so clear - so necessary I lost identity to find my soul Gaslighting is a key to a doorway if we dare to see it this way Narcissism is an invitation to remember our truth This is art and evolution I am an artist of the universe Nothing can keep me from realising my highest potential and role for this planet No one is wrong - we all shook on this I give thanks to all who said yes to the catalyst This is the changing tides happening NOW Phoenixes are being called higher Be brave sister...you hold the codes. I know it. We know it There is wisdom deep in your belly, calcified and compressed by illusion, suppression, indoctrination & conformity Heart break is not the punishment we have been led to believe It is the initiator It it the flint It is the crack Let it shatter Let it all break because it is you who can not be broken Let us remind you... Leaders of the new way You feel stuck Clouded Confused Broken Disconnected from your mission You yearn the FLINT To feel activated We are reuniting and this invitation is for you 1 day Gold Coast 14th November To let it all, Shatter Limited spaces Dm for details or straight to my bio by @stellar.studio.collective
Some people don't talk about what they're carrying. They just get really good at carrying it. They get up every day, go to work, show up for their families, train, keep busy and do what needs to be done. From the outside, everything looks fine. But what people don't always see is the pressure, the overthinking, the emotions pushed aside, the things they've been through that they've never really dealt with. And sometimes we've lived this way for so long that we don't even recognise it anymore. It's just who we think we are. I know this because I've lived it. I've been the person who felt like they always had to be strong. Who pushed through, held things together and didn't always understand why I reacted or felt the way I did. And through my own journey, I've learnt that sometimes the very things that helped us get through life are the things keeping us stuck in the same patterns. The walls we build. The emotions we shut down. The need to always be in control. The feeling that we have to handle everything ourselves. But what if you didn't have to keep carrying it all? What if you could start feeling safe enough within yourself to put some of that weight down? That's why I love this work. Because breathwork creates a space where you don't have to explain yourself, have all the answers or pretend everything is okay. You can simply show up as you are. And maybe, for the first time in a long time, give yourself permission to stop holding everything so tightly. Being strong doesn't mean you have to carry everything alone. And working on yourself doesn't mean there's something wrong with you. It means you're ready to experience life differently. Whether you're a man who's always been taught to toughen up, a woman who's spent years putting everyone else first, or someone who's simply ready for a change , this space is for you. 🤍 Come breathe with me. 9D Breathwork Experience Saturday 24 October | 5 PM-7pm @stellar.studio.collective Just you, your breath and the space to explore what you're ready to let go of. 🎟 LINK IN BIO 🤍 by @stellar.studio.collective
