Friday, our Step by Step Foundation Flag Football All-Star Game brought together young athletes, coaches, & families for a day of competition, connection, & giving back!

We blessed our students & coaches with Jordan book bags packed with autographed footballs, cups, SBS Foundation koozies, portable chargers & tickets to the @magiccityclassic . Every athlete & coach also received a voucher for a FREE pair of Jordans & Chick-fil-A meals.

Our youth deserve to feel celebrated, supported, and seen. Grateful to the @shipmanfoundation , our partners, volunteers, and everyone who helped us make this day special. ❤️ by @stepbystep_foundation

This is what building futures Step by Step looks like. I’ve mentored one of these young men since he was 7 years old and the others since their teenage years. Now, they’re becoming strong young adults.

Mentorship is about staying present through every season!

It's Giving Tuesday — help us support student athletes who need mentors, money skills, and a roadmap for the future.

We’ve worked with STEP BY STEP Foundation on community events like Thanksgiving Turkey Giveaways, the Power of the Tie Event, Financial Literacy Classes and more. They pair meaningful events with year‑round training — ACT prep, career exploration, and character development — so kids get both moments and momentum.

This day was about more than just tying a knot, it was about tying together confidence, respect, and the future. Through Beyond the Game, our young men learned the power of a tie, the strength of etiquette, and the importance of carrying themselves with purpose. #BeyondTheGame #StepByStepFoundation by @stepbystep_foundation
