POSTS STORIES REELS

Cheers to the stuff you didn’t post this year.

The small wins that in hindsight are actually huge. Where you got on the bus anyway (@marathonofmotherhood !) even though the cloud over your head wouldn’t go away. Or the time that you picked up the phone and started a new friendship. Or met someone in a way you’d never before. Or didn’t give up on your dream and tried again one more time.

In the moments where you couldn’t get out of bed, the world’s devastation seemed to compound, and you might not have recognized yourself some days, don’t forget to see the amazing things you did while you thought you were only lurking in the shadows. Maybe you tried a new skill. Maybe you finally closed a door you needed to close. Maybe you started being more honest with yourself. Maybe you took a risk and did something historically unlike you that taught you who you might become. Maybe something that haunted you started to become lighter.

While you weren’t looking, another year passed and you grew from something and into something else beautiful. If you had people to hold or walk you through it too, that is worth celebrating. Happy 2026 - and to more highs and lows! by @stephanieblockviola

“That’s what life’s about!”

🌞✨ On a sun-kissed day, Upward Notes gathered with Sarasota Contemporary Dance, and the residents of The Haven, weaving a tapestry of movement and melody. 🎶🩰 An interactive performance blossomed like a vibrant flower, lifting our spirits and enveloping us in a shared joy. 💖

In this dance of connection, we were reminded of the beauty found in community and the magic of togetherness. Thank you to all who danced and dreamed with us, breathing life into this unforgettable moment! Let’s carry this energy forward, inspiring one another along our journey. 🎶💃🏻🙌 #UpwardNotes #SarasotaContemporaryDance #TheHaven #upwardnotes #imspiration #specialneeds #sarasota by @stephanieblockviola

Congratulations to these three newest TENURED members of the @sarasotaorchestra 👏 They’re obviously badasses at their instruments but also happen to be the best humans you’ll ever meet 🥰

Epic first weekend of the season complete with our Pulcinella @sarasotaorchestra opening concert and a casual Monday night show with @sigurros in Miami with the best carpool crew. Special shout out to my sweet student who drove 4 hours across the state to catch the show and also to Delcho for taking two red eyes in a row just to be able to play a gig together on our day off! by @stephanieblockviola
