My name is Stephanie. I’ve been a hairstylist for 7 years. I have the blessing of doing what I love at @the_beauty_loft_nj salon in Fair Lawn, NJ. I love my workplace environment & the people in it that make it so special. My craft has evolved through consistent hard work & furthering my education as a stylist. But being in this industry always pushes my boundaries to grow as a person. It has taught me to be more humble & patient. As I have met many people who sit in my chair, I’ve learned even more about life & my purpose to connect & spread compassion & understanding to each person I meet.
Looking forward to the journey ahead & thank you to all who have been a part of it🤍 by @stephaniegutierrezhair

I simply loved doing this look. My client had an outgrown dimensional balayage that was mostly blonde. All we did was a face frame foil, a few pops on her crown & toned down everything with a gorgeous mix of Color Touch 7/73 & 7/71 🌰
Not all lightening services have to be bold & blonde with lots of foils. Working smarter & simple while still having an impactful result 🤍 by @stephaniegutierrezhair

A little tutorial on how I lock my foils during a highlight. This allows me to get close to the root & prevent my foils from slipping & bleeding during processing 🤍 by @stephaniegutierrezhair
