POSTS STORIES REELS

Hi, y’all! I’m Stephanie

I’m never quite sure how to introduce myself, because talking about me has always been harder than telling someone else’s story.
I’ve always believed there’s something incredibly powerful about photographs. They hold the moments we don’t realize we’ll miss one day, the way your child reaches for your hand, the laugh you didn’t know someone caught, the quiet in-between moments that often end up meaning the most. That’s why I fell in love with photography. Not because of perfectly posed images, but because of genuine connection.
The funny thing is though, I’ve never felt like I’m the best at social interaction. I’ve always been a little quieter, a little more comfortable observing, or becoming incredibly nervous and rambling my head off (I will try to fill way too much space with any type of conversation sometimes to not feel awkward 😅whoops.) But put a camera in my hands, and everything changes. Somehow that’s where I feel the most like myself. Behind my camera is where I know how to connect, notice the little things, and tell stories that words sometimes can’t.
Outside of photography, my favorite thing is the little family I’ve created. I feel that is truly my biggest adventure. But outside of that…
A few things I love would be
The magic of the sky. Sunrise, sunset, storm clouds. I could watch it forever. God is the most amazing artist.
The ocean. It has a way of making everything else feel quiet.
A good pair of cowboy boots.
And maybe my favorite feeling in the entire world is waking up on a crisp autumn morning, pulling on a cozy sweater, holding a warm cup of coffee, and breathing in that first cool breath of fall.

If I’m being completely honest, there’s a part of me that’s afraid this little business won’t become everything I dream it could be. Building something from your heart is vulnerable. But every person that trusts me, every session, every picture reminds me why I keep showing up. If you’ve made it this far, thank you for being here. I can’t wait to tell your story.
I want to say thank you to @erinwaltonphoto for taking these pictures. She was amazing. She truly saved the day. ♥️

The little moments that make up the big picture. The giggles, the cuddles, the in-between moments, and the people who make it all matter. So much sweetness in this fall mini family session.

I can’t wait to finish my Fall mini sessions today. This family never had family pictures done and I was so honored to work with them. So much editing over the last month but how blessed am I to find myself so busy this fall season.

sharing these wedding sneak peeks via reel as well because I’m suppose to be a *content creator* now 🥴.
Once again, I’m so incredibly happy for E+M. Capturing their wedding day was so fun and they both were so welcoming and just incredible.

Couple & Newborns truly might just be my favorite thing to capture. The amount of love looking at those tiny features or the little glimpses between mom and dad. It just feels like actual magic.
