Started out with a HOCO parade and then my sweet friend @janetenglishstyles wanted to celebrate my birthday! I told the people it was NOT my birthday that it was 3 weeks ago! Made me feel like it was today! 😂🎉🤩#celebratingagain #collectivebrunch by @stephloper01

A little fresh air, a little adventure, and definitely some wet dog! 😝 by @stephloper01

Unfortunately this beautiful creature no longer has life in it. It got trapped in our cooling water fan 😞😩 The underneath side is full of the beautiful colors… most of the time we don’t even see.

Sometimes we only see what someone chooses—or is able—to show us.

The smile.
The “I’m fine.”
The clean house.
The happy family pictures.
The ones who seems to have it all together.

But there can be an entire world of beauty underneath that we never see.

The parts that are tender.
The parts that are hurting.
The parts that are fighting battles quietly.
The parts that are still trying to find their way.

And sometimes, the most beautiful parts of a person are the ones they don’t feel safe enough to show everyone.

So maybe we should be a little slower to judge what we see on the outside…

And a little more willing to wonder about what might be underneath.

Because you never really know what someone is carrying… or how much beauty is hidden beneath the surface. 🦋❤️ by @stephloper01
