This week the #nyrrpaceteam joined me for #ThingsISayAsAPacer to share some words of wisdom and motivation ahead of @nycmarathon

So grateful to be part of this fantastic team. Tell me more about your experience running with a pacer?

Every once in a while, you get one of those magical race days. The kind that leaves you emotional and wishing you could bottle up that picture perfect autumnal golden glow of human emotion in a snow globe and keep it forever. 🏅🌎

Inspired by so many people around me today. Thank you, New York. 🍎🗽🫶

In 1976, 63 women finished the first five-borough NYC Marathon. Tomorrow, 50 years later, tens of thousands of women will. Here’s to all the women who paved the way. See you on the start line 🌉🗽

@stephrunsoutside thank you for stopping by on your run. by @stephrunsoutside

POV: You run 35 miles around the Manhattan perimeter hitting @wizkhalifa poses only to find out you missed him (and @diplo!) by ONE day.

Wiz, next time we run together?

It’s been a busy season of life and I haven’t been posting much. But one thing that has stayed consistent = Wednesdays at 6am. 🦊🫶🌅 by @stephrunsoutside

To all those chasing something big,
be proud you showed up.
Be proud you got out the door.
Do it for yourself.

Too much love to express in words so I’ll leave you with this picture: how many fox ears do you spy?! 🦊

Here’s to the community that inspires me to show up everyday. ❤️ by @stephrunsoutside
