Most people see the sign in the yard and the photos online. What they don’t see is everything that happens before that. Sometimes it’s as simple as a deep clean and staging. Other times, it’s coordinating contractors, managing renovations, picking finishes, scheduling painters, and solving problems behind the scenes before a home is ever ready to hit the market. Over the next couple of weeks, I’ll be doing exactly that for one of our newest listings. We can’t show you the house just yet, but I thought it’d be fun to give you a behind-the-scenes look at what preparing a home for the market can really involve.
