Tag says to add grade to Kaya. I say hard 5 to soft 6. Awesome set on the front boulder. Love every route!

Second day working this V7! Pretty happy to project in 2 sessions but it absolutely destroyed the skin on my right hand. Feels good to be able to send several hard routes in one session. The strength is coming back!

Starting to feel a little bit strong again. Elbow feeling good. Strength on the left is definitely coming back, I just need to get the endurance back to where it was. Looking forward to projecting the 2 extensions of this V6.

10 years ago I made a decision that changed everything. Today, I celebrate a decade of showing up, staying the course, and choosing a better life—one day at a time.

Grateful for the lessons, the growth, and the people who’ve been part of the journey. Here’s to 10 years… and to many more ahead.
