The Healing Siri Gaitri Mantra commonly referred to as Ra Ma Da Sa is one of my favorite meditations and chants. This meditation is said to harmonize your body’s energy with the universe, balancing the brain and stimulating healing energy within the spine. . “The power of this Mantra comes from its ability to connect Earth and Ether.”

The following is taken from Brett Larkin’s website (https://www.brettlarkin.com/meaning-ra-ma-da-sa-healing-kundalini-mantra/) which is a great resource to learn more about the mediation.
Ra – Ra means the sun. Chanting “ra” helps connect you with the frequency that gives you energy. This strong, hot, and bright energy can purify you from within.
Ma – Ma means moon. Cool and nurturing, Ma symbolizes the receptive trait in you, to accept everything that comes your way calmly.
Da – Da is the energy of the earth. This is the frequency that keeps you grounded despite all the uncertainties in life. It gives you a sense of security that makes you feel like everything is going to be alright in the end, no matter what happens.
Sa – Sa represents the impersonal infinity. As you chant this sound, your energy rises up and flows outwards, merging with the divine healing frequencies of the universe.
Sa – When Sa is chanted the second time, you draw this infinity into you.
Say – Say is the embodiment of Sa. It represents the totality of infinity and is quite a personal experience. It is the means to honor and respect the sacred “Thou”.
So – So symbolizes the personal sense of merger and self-awareness.
Hung – Hung stands for the infinite, vibrating and real. When So and Hung are chanted together, it means, “I am thou”.

Gate gate pāragate pārasaṃgate bodhi svāhā” is a renowned Buddhist mantra from the Heart Sutra, commonly translated as “Gone, gone, gone beyond, gone altogether beyond, O awakening, hail!”. It signifies the journey from suffering to enlightenment (the “other shore”) through deep wisdom, essentially meaning, “everyone gone over to the other shore of enlightenment”.
Breakdown of the Mantra Meaning:
Gate: Gone; moved away from delusion, suffering, or duality.
Paragate: Gone to the other shore; crossed over to enlightenment.
Parasamgate: Completely or totally gone to the other shore (by the whole community/sangha).
Bodhi: Awakening, enlightenment, or wisdom.
Svaha: A cry of joy, blessing, or “hail!”—often concluding a mantra, similar to “amen”.
Usage and Context:
Heart Sutra Conclusion: It is chanted as the profound conclusion to the Prajnaparamita Hridaya (Heart Sutra), summarizing the perfection of wisdom.
Meditation and Chanting: It is frequently used for cultivating calm, reducing stress, and fostering an understanding of emptiness (

Mindfulness Practice: It represents letting go of, or going beyond, conceptual limitations, fear, and fixed notions of self.
Common Synonyms and Interpretations:
“Gone, gone, gone beyond, gone totally beyond, Awakening, hail!”
“Gone, gone, gone all the way over, everyone gone to the other shore, enlightenment, hail!”
“Gone, gone, gone beyond, gone completely beyond—Enlightenment, hail!”

This mantra is a powerful, rhythmic invocation often sung or spoken at the end of mindfulness practices to celebrate the understanding of “no-self”. by @stevenkasich
