What is the difference between Democracy & Fascism?

Fascism and democracy represent fundamentally opposing political ideologies.

Core Principles

Fascism emphasizes authoritarian control, nationalism, and the supremacy of the state. It often involves a single-party rule and suppresses dissent and individual freedoms.

Democracy, on the other hand, prioritizes individual rights, accountability, and the rule of law. It empowers citizens through competitive elections and representation.

Political Sovereignty

In a democracy, political sovereignty lies with the people, allowing them to influence governance through elected representatives.
Fascism subordinates individual rights to the authority of the state, limiting personal freedoms and political opposition.

Governance and Rights

Democracies promote civil liberties and the protection of minority rights, fostering a pluralistic society.

Fascist regimes often resort to ultranationalism and militarism, prioritizing the state's interests over individual rights.

America fought to save Democracy in WWII. America is again fighting to save Democracy from within our own borders. This is why the upcoming midterm elections is so critical. VOTE BLUE TO SAVE DEMOCRACY! by @stevesparks63
