New listing! This three bedroom, two bathroom West Hills home with a huge flat yard has been lovingly owned and maintained by the original owner. Updated with vinyl plank flooring and both bathrooms have been retiled; the primary has a shower and the secondary has a shower over the tub. The kitchen is open to the dining area with french doors to the incredible yard; a blank canvass for the new owner’s creation. What would you like, a sport court, vegetable garden, pool, adu? The sky is the limit, so much potential. And if you want great schools too, you got ‘em!

Coyote, skunks, raccoons… by @stevetipp

Our mother insisted we take typing so summer school typing class at Inglewood High it was. And when I was pushing hard for my first job out of college and they needed a secretary/receptionist/tea maker for Miles at IRS they didn’t want to hire me but between my typing skills and persistence I got the gig. Then they fired my dear friend and I got my first promotion job; video and dance clubs. And I initiated this remix… So last night when I was getting asked to help promote an open house for a property I don’t represent my first reaction was get your guy to do it. But then I stepped up, the requester had given me my first promotion job and look where it took me. Super grateful. by @stevetipp

This Palmer & Krisel Architects Corbin Palms home retains its distinctive mid-century modern bones, although subsequent alterations have obscured some of its original architectural character. For the design-minded buyer, the property presents an exciting opportunity to restore and thoughtfully reimagine its classic modernist spirit. With 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and a beautiful rectangular swimmers pool the home retains its detached two car garage and some parquet floors. There is a covered patio front and rear and built in closets in two of the three bedrooms. New roof installed in 2020. Above ground spa in front covered patio may or may not work and living room fireplace is decorative only. by @stevetipp
