2024 - end of a chapter ✨ as the year comes to an end, I would like to announce that I’m officially retiring from competitive skating. It’s been an incredible journey and beautiful part of my life that brought me more than I could have imagined, including taking part and medalling in the last 3 major championships my club organised, and becoming European champion the same day as my sis 🥹

I’m beyond grateful for the never ending support of my family, who stood by my side through the best and worst times, none of this would have been possible without you! Next I would like to thank everyone who helped me along the way from my first day on wheels up until today, friends, teammates, coaches, my club @zwaantjes_roller_club , for the laughs and tears, friendships, hardships, discipline and all the amazing experiences that shaped me into the person I am today.

In the end that’s the true value of sports 🤍 by @stienvanhoutte

European Champion 2019 🖤💛❤ So happy to finish off the inline season like this, and it's even better when you can do it as a team @ankevos 🥈💪🏻 Or with this crazy little sister of mine, who brought home 3 golds of her own, I'm speechless @fran_vanhoutte 😍

Thanks to everyone for the incredible and ongoing support, @campeonatoeuropa2019 was amazing thanks to you! I'm forever grateful!

Now it's time for ice ❄

Once again the skating community proved how we are one big family 🥹 One week ago, our crowdfunding was launched to help the Belgian skaters travel to the World Championships in Asuncion and reach their goals and dreams. After just 8 days and lots of incredibly generous donations, we already reached €6.000, which is 2/3 of our goal 🤯 All I can say is, THANK YOU to everyone who helped us so far! Your trust and support is another reason our skaters keep training hard and pushing beyond their limits. It means the world to our athletes, and to their families ❤️ we are beyond grateful!

Anyone who wants to support our crowdfunding, can do so through our gofundme-page: https://gofund.me/cd1d2260c

Bijzonder indrukwekkend!
