What an amazing journey it’s been!

As one chapter comes to an end, I look back with nothing but pride, gratitude, and a huge smile.

Opening my gym was a dream, and turning that dream into reality has been an incredible experience.

But what I’m most proud of isn’t the gym itself. It’s the environment and culture we created within those walls. A place where people could be themselves, feel supported, be challenged, and have the confidence to push beyond what they once believed was possible.

Watching people grow, overcome challenges, believe in themselves, and achieve goals they never thought were within reach has been the greatest reward of all.

The friendships, the laughter, the hard work, the challenges, and the incredible achievements have made this journey something truly special.

I set out to create something that made a difference, and I walk away knowing that’s exactly what we achieved.

And the best part? My passion for what I do hasn’t changed one bit!

I still love coaching, helping people grow, building confidence, and showing others what they’re truly capable of. That journey is far from over.

While the gym doors have closed, I’m moving forward with the same passion, energy, and determination I’ve always had.

This isn’t the end of something great. It’s the beginning of something new!

I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve built, grateful to everyone who has been part of the journey, and genuinely excited about what the next chapter will bring.

Here’s to celebrating what we’ve achieved, embracing new opportunities, and continuing to do what I love! ❤️💪 by @stingfitnessnz

Building power and speed by working on different start points by @stingfitnessnz

As we get older, we don’t stop moving because we age — we often age faster because we stop moving.

Strength, mobility, balance, fitness… they all need to be used if you want to keep them.

Give them what they NEED, not what they want. 💯

Grant absolutely put me through it here 😂 No shortcuts, no easy way out, just work.

And when I hit that wall and everything in my head was telling me I’d had enough… that’s where the real battle started.

We’re capable of so much more than we think. Sometimes you just need someone there to push you into that uncomfortable place and remind you what you’ve actually got in you.

Mean session brother. Appreciate you Grant 👊🏽🔥

This is where it starts 👀

Day one testing with Grant from Sting Fitness and fam… he had me EMPTY. Nothing left in the tank. Zero 😂💪🏽

But that’s exactly where I need to be. Because November 21st is coming and I am going to be READY 🔥

Strength. Endurance. Everything. We are building it all from the ground up and you’re coming on this journey with me 🙏🏽

Watch this space fam. This is just the beginning 👇🏽

Today was all about getting it right. Technique over speed.

Perfect way to get back to it after being bedridden for days 🤧

A reminder that big milestones are just lots of small, consistent steps put together.
