💚🧚‍♂️ Imagine giving yourself a little space to just BE 🧚‍♂️💚

Comment RETREAT for more info

In February & March 2027, we’re heading to the magic of St Nectan’s Glen in Cornwall for a retreat designed to help you slow down, reconnect and find your FLO. 🌿🔮

Think gentle movement to ease you into the morning, deep relaxation in the evenings, meditation, breathwork and sound baths, alongside workshops to help you step a little deeper into yourself.

We’ll explore the things that matter most to you, your core values, and the parts of yourself that sometimes get lost in the busyness of everyday life.

No pressure to have it all figured out. Just time, space and a little magic to reconnect with who you are and what lights you up.

And hopefully, you’ll leave with more than just beautiful memories of Cornwall… you’ll leave with that little inner flame glowing a bit brighter. ✨

If your soul’s been nudging you to take some time for yourself, perhaps this is your sign. 🤍
