POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED
Your story deserves more than a social media post.

MAR gives businesses and organisations the opportunity to be part of a publication that celebrates First Nations stories, leadership and community from across Australia.

Every full-page advertisement is $350.

• $300 contributes to MAR’s community funding model, supporting future community and individual grants as funding milestones are reached.
• $50 is reinvested into producing future editions of the magazine.

If you’re planning to promote your business, launch a new service, recruit staff, share an initiative or simply tell your story, we’d love to have you in Issue 002.

Dream Forward HQ is a storytelling imprint by Stori.Rise, created to explore imagination, reflection, and possibility through children’s books and creative resources.

Where Stori.Rise focuses on building strong digital and strategic foundations for stories to live and grow, Dream Forward holds space for the earliest ones — the stories that begin with curiosity, creativity, and belief in what’s possible.

This work exists quietly and intentionally, as part of a broader practice grounded in storytelling, care, and long-term thinking. by @nataliewilliams_pnba

Sometimes all it takes is one person believing in you to change what’s possible.

For Rhian Miller, that person was a First Nations mentor who helped her navigate a completely new world after moving from her homelands near Ceduna to Adelaide for school.

That experience stayed with her.

Today, as Founder and CEO of EPIC Pathways, Rhian is creating that same sense of support and belonging for the next generation of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander young people.

EPIC has now supported more than 1,000 students across Queensland, the Northern Territory and New South Wales, walking alongside young people through school and into what comes next.

In Issue 002 of MAR, Rhian shares where EPIC began, the people who shaped her own path and why she believes our young people are already leading in their schools, families and communities.

Read Rhian’s story in MAR Issue 002.

A couple of weeks ago, I had the opportunity to join The Pyjama Foundation and speak with more than 35 children about dreaming big, taking small steps and believing in what’s possible.

Writing The Little Dream That Wouldn’t Give Up was always about starting conversations like these. Seeing the kids share their own dreams and ask thoughtful questions reminded me exactly why I wrote it.

Thank you to The Pyjama Foundation for the invitation and for the incredible work you do with young people across Australia. by @nataliewilliams_pnba

Project Spotlight | INBA Australia

The Challenge

Managing memberships, competition registrations, merchandise, event information and communication across multiple systems was creating unnecessary complexity.

Solution

I designed a single platform that brought everything together in one place, making it easier for athletes to register, purchase products, access information and stay connected throughout the season.

The Result

Today, the website supports the day-to-day operations of a national sporting organisation, helping manage memberships, events, e-commerce and digital communications through one connected platform. by @nataliewilliams_pnba

People often ask why I wrote a children’s book when I spend most of my time building websites, brands and digital platforms or bodybuilding!

The answer is simple.

I believe stories have the power to change the way we see ourselves.

The Little Dream That Wouldn’t Give Up was written to encourage children to dream big, believe in themselves and understand that setbacks don’t mean the end of the journey.

For me, it was never just about publishing a book. It was about creating something that could leave a lasting impact.

That same thinking is what drives every project at Stori.Rise.

Whether I’m helping a business launch a new brand, building a website, creating an app or producing a publication, the goal is always the same: create something meaningful that connects with people.

If you’ve been thinking about writing a book, building a brand or bringing an idea to life, I’d love to help.

Currently in build: the Deadly Founders Hub app.

The app is being designed to give young First Nations entrepreneurs a simple place to work through business courses, strengthen their ideas and access practical support as they build.

The focus has been on making the experience clear, encouraging and easy to move through, without overwhelming users with too much information at once.

From course pathways and progress tracking to AI-supported business prompts, each part of the app is being developed around how participants will actually use it.

Still in progress, but starting to take shape.

Every project starts with an idea.

MAR Storylines began as a conversation about creating a space where First Nations stories could be shared while building a model that gives back to community.

Working alongside the founder, Stori.Rise helped bring that vision to life through strategy, branding, website design, e-commerce, membership, a mobile app and the digital magazine experience.

Watching MAR launch has been a reminder that the best projects aren’t just built—they’re built with purpose.

If you have an idea you’re ready to bring to life, I’d love to chat.

I know most people read online these days.

I’m one of the people who still enjoys a printed magazine.

That’s why MAR is available in both digital and print.

If you’re like me and still appreciate turning real pages, the print edition of Issue 001 is now available.
