It never has been about me nor will it. Who it has been about are the friends, family, and people I meet along the way. I will always be in awe and appreciate this wonderful life I have been given. Number 22/50 was for my DAD!!! I will remember that day forever. by @strive_forth_fitness

The 6th annual CREW Ocean Isle beach week was a bit different this year. Bittersweet if you will. Every year for the last six years, we have taken a picture together. This time was a new twist. We all agreed this year we would honor our friend who is no longer with us. So we made a new spot for his son. Palmer represents so much of his dad’s legacy, with the witty nature and the leadership that Don had. We will forever miss those pictures and great times we had at Ocean Isle with him. Now we will carry on a new tradition, with a kid that we all love so much. by @strive_forth_fitness

Well after over a year of failed attempts. I finally got to Arkansas’s highest point #Mount magazine and bagged yet another one. #21 on my journey to all #50 states. There’s something about 26 hours round trip in a car, and some miles hiked in the woods alone that makes me feel alive!!! Ready for my next high point wherever it may be. I just hope that the sunsets are just as rad. by @strive_forth_fitness

You completed “The Crew” by stepping into our lives from Shreveport Louisiana. We were just six kids with no cares in the world and every dream in front of us. Through the years we experienced the joys of a live life on the edge mentality. As the instigator you were, Joel usually caught the wrath of your beginnings and you sat back and laughed at the end. As we matured to men you took life by the horns. Crushing any obstacle in your way and succeeding in so many ways.
When you met your amazing wife you both created such a wonderful family, with the best kids anyone could ever ask for. The world your family and friends were robbed because you are gone too early Donnie P. I will miss our talks and that infectious drive you had to conquer anything that was put in front of you. Keep 5 chairs up in the heaven’s for us because we will have a lot to talk about. We will watch over your family and continue the legacy of the hard work you started. “The Crew” will never be the same without you, I can guarantee you that you Cajun Kid! I love you Don Irving Post ❤️ by @strive_forth_fitness
