Highland Games training at The Empire with THE LEGEND Matt Anderson by @strongshots_

A few favorite shots from The Sinister Games Strongman Show. @strongshots_ by @strongshots_

This shoot meant more to me than I can really put into words. Something sacred I’m holding close to my heart with everything I’m moving through right now.

And maybe you’re moving through something too. So many people I’ve talked to lately are. Something they haven’t shared. Something painful. Something you don’t know how or if you can get through it. Maybe you’re showing up for everyone while quietly trying to hold yourself together… feeling one moment away from breaking into a million pieces.

Sometimes the hardest part is sitting with it. Feeling what you’ve been keeping yourself too busy to feel.

And then the same situation comes up again. You know what you’ve learned, but damn… choosing differently is hard when part of you still wants what’s familiar.

I’m right there with you.

There are some deeply personal things I’ve wanted to share for a while. And I finally feel ready. I don’t believe it’s a coincidence that God placed @aperturebyangelica in my life to capture me here. After days of tears, letting go, and realizations that have stripped me back to my bones.

I know where repeating the pattern leads. Maybe you do too. We don’t know exactly what choosing differently will bring. But I want to give myself the chance to find out. And I want that for you too.

If you need somewhere to show up without having to explain everything, come sit with me tonight.

We’ll breathe. We’ll move. We’ll come back to ourselves.
And those pink balls… if you’ve been to my class, you KNOW something spicy is about to happen! 😮‍💨

PLEASE come be part of our content creation BEFORE class tonight!

ANYONE is welcome. Member or not. ALWAYS FREE.
And yes, men come consistently too. I love witnessing them show up, try something different, and make this practice their own.

Come try something new.
Or come become one of my OG yogis.

Come as you are. Give yourself room to let go.

See you on the mat in a few hours. 🫶🏼 by @strongshots_

✨UNCLE SAM’S STRONGEST✨

Got my pictures back from @strongshots_ and of course they’re 🤌🏼

This year was really fun for me. I moved up to the Open HW and competed with my strongest friends. I walked away with second place overall and one event win.

Thank you @breelah13 for being competitive and supportive 🫶🏻

Thank you @prolog.dearing for bringing the fun and having a sleepover with me before comp 💗

Thank you @garet_butikofer for being the best coach 💫
