IN SOLIDARITY WITH JAKHI AND THE FIRE NEXT TIME ❤️‍🔥

NYCARG stands in unwavering solidarity with Jakhi McCray as he takes a plea. After a long political battle with the prosecutors, DA, Trump administration, NYPD, EDNY, and the rest of the bloodthirsty state apparatus, Jakhi has decided to plea to 1 count of third degree arson for a 5 year prison sentence. He has been battling violent raids, constant surveillance, home confinement, public defamation, and racist doxxing. In taking this plea, Jakhi is continuing his fight against federal repression for his freedom.

We do not recognize amerikkkan law which is structured to keep Black and Indigenous people in shackles to maintain the white nation economically, socially, and politically. Nor do we recognize the legitimacy of international law created by and for Western imperial entities to extract from and colonize the Third World. We follow the lead of the Axis of Resistance who, in united armed struggle, has victoriously rejected the parasitic existence of the US-Zionist empire. Therefore we refuse to legitimize Jakhi's conviction—his resistance against the U.S. settler entity attempting to disappear him is justified and necessary.

May all those who break colonial law be free. May there be fire to the prisons. May there be equal risk, equal sacrifice, and equal action. May there be true solidarity with Jakhi. May there be liberation for all.

The New York City Anti-Repression Group's statement on the October 21st ICE raids.

Text (continued in comments):

On October 21st, multiple federal agencies—ICE, DEA, DHS, CBP, and the FBI—raided Canal street in an operation targeting a street market and immigrant vendors. This comes two days after right wing influencer and Turning Point USA contributor Savanah Hernandez posted a video documenting the market and vendors, calling for ICE to "check this corner" in a viral tweet. 30-40 men were kidnapped in this raid—a continuation of the ongoing war against immigrants. Five comrades were arrested during protests organized in response to the raid. Four were held overnight inside the Jacob K. Javits Federal Building. All were released without charges.

These raids are meant to intimidate, destabilize, and pressure immigrants into self-deportation. The United States is intentionally carrying out these raids in broad daylight, with dozens of armed agents and armored vehicles, as a show of force and power—to appease their fascist supporters and backers, and to scare people away from resistance. It is understandable and normal to be afraid in these moments, but fear cannot dictate our response. We are months past the Los Angeles uprising and the anti-ICE demos in NYC earlier this year. We know that symbolic rallies and press conferences with politicians are not freeing people in ICE custody and detention facilities. We know that solidarity is about action and material defense. It is not enough to chant for people to be released when they are already grabbed, We need to actively intervene before, during, and after. by @studentstogetherair

A separated family of refugees needs your support to stay housed! The Jian* family is struggling to make ends meet since the abduction of the family’s primary provider. They are in and out of housing instability for months, and asking for our community’s help. Their primary breadwinner’s abduction left Amia* and her 3 children to look after themselves.

Any additional support will go towards their cost of living, housing needs, and medical care for Amia’s children. The family’s total goal to get ahead with rent and expenses is $2,450. Show your support by interacting with this post, thank you so much for your generosity.

SEPTEMBER RENT SUPPORT: VENMO @ PRISCILLAGRIM / GOAL: $600

Repression continues even when out on bail! As Priscilla faces domestic terrorism charges, opportunities are limited to support herself.

Following the huge win for the Stop Cop City movement last year--in which RICO charges against 61 defendants were dropped--Priscilla Grim and 13 others filed motions to drop additional domestic terrorism charges that had been hanging over their heads. Unfortunately, a judge denied the motion a few months ago, and the case continues to move forward. Because of the state's targeting of Priscilla, her life has been destabilized; she was jailed for over a month, doxxed, and had lost multiple relationships and jobs. Still, Priscilla continues to organize, write, and resist her repression.

Help support Priscilla with rent for the apartment she and her daughter live in! If you have the means, please donate. If not, share to comrades, friends, and loved ones! by @studentstogetherair

FUNDRAISER FOR L ❤️‍🩹 L has has 15+ seizures since being brutalized and sexually harassed by the NYPD last year following a sit-in at Columbia University advocating for Palestine!

Help her pay her medical debt!

Goal: $8000
Venmo: Redredsun

In March 2025, L participated in a pro-Palestine protest and sit-in at Columbia University where she was punched, kicked, and thrown to the ground by multiple NYPD officers before being placed in handcuffs. Moments later--after she was dragged towards a police transport van--a male NYPD officer forcibly lifted her shirt, revealing her bare chest to other male NYPD officers. While in the van as it was taking her and other arrested comrades to a local precinct, L fainted and was only taken to the hospital after comrades screamed at the officers driving to stop and help.

L experienced her first seizure at that hospital, and was later diagnosed with a traumatic brain injury stemming from her arrest. Also as a consequence for participating in the protest and sit-in, L was doxxed by zionist press, stalked online, and fired from her job. Her seizures continue to this day, causing life long disability.

We are raising money to cover L's medical bills from the last few ER visits she's had to go on.

If you have recommendations for cheaper doctors, experience with this or similar medical conditions and can give advice, or know/are a comrade massage therapist that would be willing to offer L services, please reach out to @studentstogetherair on Instagram! by @studentstogetherair
