Costi Cohen. Curators of the modern marketplace. A rebrand for Costi Cohen, designed to reflect their position in the market today, while creating the clarity and flexibility for where the business goes next. Client: @costicohen by @studio.odea
Costi Cohen. Curators of the modern marketplace. Rather than reinventing an established name, our approach was to build on its existing equity, contemporising and future-proofing the brand through a more considered, cohesive system. One hero Costi Cohen brand now brings together the three key areas of the business: Developments, Premium Investments and Owner Occupier. Inspired by the authority of heritage newspapers and the disciplined clarity of classic editorial design, the new identity pairs strong typographic hierarchy with refined serif typography and structured, information-led layouts. The system feels established yet contemporary, balancing sophistication with accessibility and giving the brand a confident, intelligent voice across every touchpoint. We recently collaborated with the team at @costicohen to help breathe new life into one of Australia’s leading commercial buyers agencies. There is already so much equity in the Costi Cohen name, for us it was about continuing that legacy whilst contemporising and future-proofing it with systems that made sense. They are curators of the modern marketplace. Every project is a front-page story of ambition, precision, and progress. Client: @costicohen by @studio.odea
Orleton embraces a new standard of home. A collection of exceptional residences and pavilions, grounded in its riverfront and parkland setting. Masterfully designed by @rothelowman, the rotated building form responds directly to the site, capturing views, natural light and prevailing breezes while creating a strong connection to the surrounding landscape. Come home to Orleton, where your backyard is six hectares of tranquility. Developer: @traders.in.purple Architect: @rothelowman Photographer: @saskiawilson DOP: @conorashleigh by @studio.odea
Discover a life framed by nature. Here, the geometry of generosity takes centre stage. Clean lines, inspired by the simple elegance of the rotunda, and the elevated Queenslander are the foundations of the brand. The shared geometric language across the architecture of the precinct spills into every element, and this simple framework unites and gives structure to an organic experience throughout. Welcome to Orleton. The next chapter in the West End story for Traders in Purple. It’s different here... within this tranquil pocket, nestled peacefully in the crook of the river. Life moves to a different rhythm within Davies Park. Time travels more lazily, seconds and minutes stretch and fill, and all around you six hectares of green space encircles, spills and overflows into surroundings vibrant with markets, cafes, dining, shopping. Here, in this place shaped by time, layered with stories and character, a new vision of home is building, one that recreates connection, reinvigorates community, and invites all into your extended backyard.
