It’s always a good day when @peas.in.my.pod drops into my inbox with some fresh photographs! Here’s the master bedroom from our Wandsworth project - designed for comfort, calm, and a little everyday luxury. Still one of our favourites ✨ Project : Wandsworth Design : @studio18interiors 📷 : @peas.in.my.pod • #londonrenovation #victorianterrace #sidereturnextension #newbuildhome #bedroomrenovation #bedroomdesign #bespokeheadbaord #masterbedroom #cosybedroom #hotelfeel #londoninteriors #wimbledoninteriordesigner #dressingtable #cafecurtains #madetomeasurecurtains #stripedcurtains #bedroomcarpet #scattercushions #bespokejoinery by @studio18interiors
This time of year always seems to be totally mental, is anyone else finding that? We have 4 big projects on the go at the moment and 2 completing before Christmas so it’s all systems go in the studio! Here is a picture of a project we completed earlier in the year, we packed a lot into a tight space in this kitchen by integrating the dining bench and a bar seat into the island. It really pays off having a totally bespoke kitchen! Wishing you all a happy week ahead 🤍 Project : Southfields Design : @studio18interiors 📷 : @peas.in.my.pod • #londonrenovation #victorianterrace #sidereturnextension #sidereturn #kitchendiner #kitchendinerextension #bespokediningbench #smallspaceideas #smallspacesolutions #londoninteriors #cobhaminteriors #cobhaminteriordesigner #wimbledonrenovation #kitchendesign #kitchenrenovation #bespokekitchen #kitchenremodel by @studio18interiors
If only the reality of painting was this quick! I am working into the initial texture layers for my next commission and phase 1 is the ‘mapping out’ (excuse the pun). I tend to work into the texture layers for at least a couple of weeks before beginning the colour layers, making sure the composition and layering to a painting is key to making it perfect. Next up is adding the alabaster chippings to make some areas stand out from the rest. 📍Map of the world 121x61cm • #alabasterpainting #texturedpainting #texturedart #texture #mapoftheworld #mapart #mapartist #artiststudio #artistsoninstagram #artistsupport #artistatwork #gardenstudio #gardenstudiodesign #artistandinteriordesigner #paintingoftheday #paintingprocess #paintingtimelapse #paintingart #londonartist #londondesigner #wimbledonartist by @studio18interiors
I’m feeling all the autumnal vibes at the moment, only taken the whole of October to get me there 🙃 I really love the colour scheme of this room - makes me feel all pumpkin spice and thick socks by the fire type feelings 🍂☕️ Not sure posting a landscape will mess up my feed but hey there we go! Hope you all have a fun Halloween weekend planned Xx Project : Ascot Design : @studio18interiors 📷 : @peas.in.my.pod Styling : @rachel_moreve_styling by @studio18interiors
Ooh the first day of Autumn got me feeling all sorts of cosy yesterday morning that I wore a cashmere jumper, which I promptly took off at midday because it was 24 degrees - slightly got ahead of myself there 🫠 I’ve had lots of lovely cushion orders over the last few weeks so I thought it might be time to reintroduce some of them. Meet Stella ✨ A playful little star print in a warm rust tone, paired with a natural linen back and finished with our signature Studio18 trim. At 80 x 40cm, Stella is the perfect size for layering across a bed, adding just the right amount of pattern and warmth without overpowering the rest of the scheme. Finished with a premium double-wrapped feather insert for that lovely full, relaxed look. Available now on the Studio 18 Store 🤎 by @studio18interiors
The master bedroom at our Ascot project - simple, timeless and such a calm space ✨ Using our Margot cushion to finish the scheme perfectly. Happy Friday! We took this open-plan living/middle room layout and transformed it into an enclosed living room and boot room. Sometimes a space can be too open plan and actually lose functionality. By dividing it up, adding partitions and incorporating plenty of built-in storage, we gained two much more functional spaces. This was part of a full interior design project, but this kind of layout dilemma is something we regularly tackle with our E-Design clients too. We have a few E-Design slots remaining for the rest of the year, so if you’d like to discuss your project, please get in touch 😊 P.s I’m still not over the transformation of the original floor, we sanded it back and added a clear varnish, so simple but it completely changed the space! ✨ • #londonrenovation #livingroomdesign #hallwayinspo Project: Wandsworth Design: @studio18interiors 📷 @peas.in.my.pod by @studio18interiors
New projects always bring a bout of inspiration and make us take a look back a previous projects. I love this hallway of our Ascot project - it’s such a calming entrance space and an invitation into the rest of the house. We love using @sophiecooneyrunners - it’s such a lovely way to bring personality and a little bit of va va voom into a space, something we love to have in every scheme! Not sure if ‘Jolly Traditonal’ is an interiors trend but feeling like this hallway might be just that…! We’ve been squirrelling away on lots of lovely projects and have slightly neglected sharing some previous projects with you! Here is a little corner of a recently completed little girls room featuring our Small Dulcie cushion ✨ Happy Friday! ☀️ Project : Ascot Design : @studio18interiors 📷 : @peas.in.my.pod Styling : @rachel_moreve_styling • #girlbedroom #fullhouserenovation #interiordesignberks by @studio18interiors
I wonder how many people in the UK have talked about the sunshine today - I’ve said ‘cor blimey this is nice isn’t it’ about 17 times… Here is a picture of the master dressing room from our recently photographed Ascot project ✨ Project : Ascot Design : @studio18interiors 📷 : @peas.in.my.pod Styling : @rachel_moreve_styling • #dressingroomdecor #fullhouserenovation #interiordesignberkshire by @studio18interiors
Happy Easter 🐣✨ Wishing you all a restful weekend filled with plenty of chocolate! Here are a few snaps from the spare room at our Wandsworth project. We’re often asked about the bolster cushion featured in this scheme, so we’re delighted to say we’ve created our own version as part of our cushion collection… meet Stella 🤍 Project : Wandsworth Design : @studio18interiors 📷 : @peas.in.my.pod • #londonrenovation #victorianterrace #bespokecushions by @studio18interiors
This loft space in our Wandsworth project was such a fabulous space full of natural light and good bones. We updated all finishes, added some additional storage, utilising a hidden window for a new vanity desk space and accentuated a walkway dressing area into the master en-suite.
