Treasure Buds & Records, Treasure Beach, Jamaica 👉 Check out The Record Store Map at www.recordstores.love From Negril I went south to Treasure Beach in St. Elizabeth. You might have heard of Treasure Beach because this is where the hurricane hit Jamaica first. I have visited this place before the hurricane, but you could still see the damage from another hurricane - many houses lost roofs etc. Treasure Buds & Records is situated on Lashings Beach Club @lashingsbeachclub . The entrance is on a terrace with a bar, it’s beautiful and directly next to the beach. The store also has a window facing the sea. The owner is Sandra. Her husband Satnam runs Studio South Coast @studiosouthcoast , you can see the logo inside the store. It was a nice and relaxing atmosphere, so glad I met them. Sandra told me: When did you open this store? January 5, 2025 Has it always been at this location? Yes, the one and only location. Is there a story about the name? We're hoping to get our dispensary license, and we sell natural beauty products and healing teas, so it fit to be Treasure Buds & Records What do you offer (styles, media, what else)? Original Bob Marley vinyl from Tuff Gong's press, vintage 45s and Jamaican souvenirs as well as health and beauty products and teas. Anything you focus on? Satnam hosts Vinyl Sundays from the store from 6 pm to 10 every Sunday. @treasurebudsrecords www.recordstores.love/treasurebudsrecords www.recordstores.love/JM/TreasureBeach Thanks to all supporters, who keep this project alive.
