Our little secret is finally out…

Two little boys, twice the love 🩵🩵

Our greatest adventure begins January 2027 ✨ by @styledbysammix

Wear what makes you happy. Not what you think you should be wearing ✨

For so much of my life, I covered up.

I worried about my tummy, my stretch marks, my cellulite, every wobble and every curve. I convinced myself I’d wear the bikini “when I looked different.”

The truth is, that day never comes.

This holiday, I decided to wear what I wanted anyway. And do you know what? Nobody cared. The only person stopping me from enjoying those moments was me.

So if you’re waiting until you’ve lost weight, toned up or changed your body before wearing the bikini, this is your reminder: wear it now.

Other people’s opinions of your body belong to them. They’re not yours to carry.

Wear the bikini. Wear the dress. Wear the shorts. Wear whatever makes you feel like you.

Life is far too short to spend it covering up. 💙

The shorts that have completely solved my summer workout dilemma ☀️✨

These are the Softlyzero™ Airy Super High Waisted 2-in-1 Yoga Shorts from @halara_uk @halara_official and I finally understand the hype.

The built-in shorts design means no more awkward moments when squatting, stretching or running errands. They’re completely squat-proof while still feeling loose, lightweight and breathable for warmer days.

For reference, I’m a UK size 14-16 and wearing a size L. They are also incredibly size-inclusive, available from XS right up to Plus Size 4X.

I’m officially retiring my boring leggings... I didn’t expect THIS much difference 👀✨

I’ve been testing the @fankaofficial compression leggings and honestly, they feel like nothing while still giving amazing support. They have a high compression level from bum to knee, helping to smooth, sculpt and support in all the right places.

For reference, I’m 5”9 and wearing a size 12 in the top and 14 in the leggings.

Plus, Fanka offers free returns or exchanges within 30 days.

These might genuinely be the comfiest trousers I own ✨

I’ve been living in these High Waisted Drawstring Pocket Wide Leg Casual Linen-Feel Trousers from @halara_uk @halara_official lately because they tick all the boxes:

🤍 Soft linen-feel fabric that’s lightweight and comfortable
🤍 Adjustable drawstring waist for the perfect fit
🤍 Relaxed wide-leg silhouette that feels effortless but still looks put together
🤍 Functional side pockets (because every outfit is better with pockets!)

For reference, I’m a UK size 14-16, wearing a size L in tall (I’m 5”9/10 for reference)

Use my code SAM11 for 15% off your order 💖 AD

It’s 30+ degrees in London, so here’s your reminder to WEAR WHAT YOU WANT ✨

Wobbles, stretch marks, cellulite… most of us have them. So embrace it. Feel the sun on your skin. Wear the outfit. Take up space.

You’ve got one silly little life, so don’t waste it worrying about what strangers think 💛
