POSTS STORIES REELS

One of my favorite parts of seeing a wedding day unfold is watching all the details come together piece by piece. I love using all these details to thread your day together through storytelling + artful documentation. A few favorite frames from C + N’s beautiful @lapointeevents wedding day.

Mr. & Mrs. Aarrestad 🦢🥂💍 by @stylesociety.bloom

Vanessa & Alan | La Pointe | Somerset, WI

After meeting during their first week of freshman orientation at the University of Minnesota nearly eight years ago, these two finally celebrated the day they had been dreaming of—colorful, cheerful, and filled with love. And bringing in Nelson’s Ice Cream? 🍦🤌🏻✨

Okay… we might have underestimated how much stuff we were actually going to sell. 😅😅😅

The studio is officially packed and ready for Saturday’s sale — sofas, chairs, tables, rugs, decor, props, vintage pieces, wedding decor, and a whole lot of things that have been living in our storage for far too long.

Stop by the studio Saturday! You never know what you’re going to find. 🪎

We’ve decided to officially retire our rental collection and put a BIG portion of our inventory up for sale.

Not because we don’t love it — quite the opposite. We’ve just realized our energy (and our square footage 😂) is better spent focusing on the things we’re most excited about: the shop, the studio, estate sales, and floral.

And if you’ve ever wondered what happens to all the stuff that lives behind the scenes of a styling + rental business… well, you’re about to find out.

We’re talking LOTS of sofas, chairs, coffee tables, side tables, rugs, candle holders, candles, floral supplies, styling accessories and all sorts of good stuff we’ve collected along the way.

A mix of vintage, new, weird, wonderful and all very Style Society.

We’ll be opening up the studio NEXT Saturday, August 15th from 10-5 - don’t miss out! by @stylesociety.bloom

We are excited to give you a peek into our new studio space right next door to our shop! This space will be used as our floral work space, a bit of a rental showroom, and will be available to rent on peerspace soon! We hope to host workshops, pop ups, and other creative collaborations in this beautiful space. by @stylesociety.bloom

I wanted to continue the story from my last post with Megan and her dad.

There’s something about this moment that always gets me. A dad giving his daughter away will forever be one of the most special parts of a wedding day. Every time I witness it, I can’t help but think about my own dad as he walked me down the aisle and gave me away on my wedding day. It always brings a tear to my eye and is such a reminder of how special this moment really is.

Just a few hours later, the ceremony was only 15 minutes away—and it was absolutely pouring. With no hesitation, Megan chose to step outside anyway, embracing the rain.

Watching her walk from the Edward Anne Estate to the ceremony site, arm in arm with her dad, is one of my favorite moments from their entire day.

The rain, the warmth of a summer afternoon, the stillness before it all began—everything felt perfectly imperfect in the best way. by @stylesociety.bloom
