POSTS STORIES REELS

Some people think posting workout videos is showing off.

I see it differently.

If sharing my journey inspires even one person to start taking care of their health, it’s worth every post. I’ve already had friends tell me they began working out because they kept seeing these updates.

Your body is the only place you have to live for the rest of your life. Give it just 40 minutes a day—your future self will thank you.

Grateful to the amazing team at @thequad.in for constantly pushing me to be better. 💪🔥

Some stories don’t need a common language. They just need two hearts that found each other.

Wrapped in the grace of a saree, with love shining through every glance, they reminded us that the most beautiful connections know no borders, no distance, and no differences.

Just love. Pure, effortless, and real. ❤️

35 assisted push-ups today.

A few months ago, I could barely manage 5 knee push-ups.

What changed wasn’t talent. It was consistency.

Showing up for every session. Listening to the coaches. Being mindful of what I ate even outside the gym. Prioritizing sleep. Trusting the process on days when progress wasn’t visible.

Today wasn’t just about 35 reps. It was proof that small choices, repeated every day, eventually become results you never thought possible.

Grateful for the coaches who pushed me, the community that supported me, and the version of me that decided not to quit.

On to the next milestone. 💪

Navaratri at our place, every year, brings something new to the table.

This year, @charm_wanders brought together contemporary expression, books, and conversations around the three gunas — Sattva, Rajas, and Tamas — and the Devis, exploring how these ideas connect to our everyday lives and the journey towards something greater.

With games, dice, engaging conversations, knowledge sharing, and, of course, sumptuous food, it became a gathering where learning and celebration went hand in hand.

Some traditions are not just about keeping things going. They are about finding new ways to make them meaningful, year after year.

Six years ago, I started because my weight was affecting my knees.

Today, I train to build strength, confidence, and muscle. And the best part? The more I ask WHY, the more I learn about myself and what my body is capable of.

You don’t need to have all the answers before you start. Sometimes, starting is what gives you the answers.

So let me ask you something…

Why haven’t you started yet? @thequad.in

Subu is a wedding photographer and the founder of @saycheesecaptures

His work involves standing for 8–9 hours, running around weddings, carrying equipment, and doing it all over again the next day.

Before he started training, getting through even a few hours of a shoot was super tiring, and taking a toll on his knees.

Today, he’s taking on bigger weddings, multi-day shoots, and doing more of the work he loves.

When we asked him what his life would’ve looked like if he’d never started training, his answer was:
“I would’ve died by now!”

Dramatic? Maybe a little. But he genuinely doesn’t think he’d be able to do the work he’s doing today without getting stronger.

And we think that’s the coolest part of his journey. Strength training didn’t just change his body. It changed what he can do with it. by @subu.kalyan

Somewhere along the way, fitness became much more than just working out.

I’m grateful I found it. Grateful for The Quad, the community, the friends who make training better, and my family who keeps cheering me on.

And somewhere in between, sharing my own journey started encouraging others to move, train and take care of themselves too. That probably means more to me than any PR ever will.

Still learning. Still getting stronger. And very grateful for the people I get to do this with.

Had absolutely nothing in common. Different generations, different worlds, different work.

But one workout was enough to break all of that.

He invited me to train with him, and honestly, it was just pure fun. Nearly 65, and still showing up, pushing, laughing and getting the work done.

That’s what I love about fitness. You don’t need much in common when you’re chasing the same goal.

Just show up. Train together. Get better together.

This quarter started with two 28 kg bells. One rep at a time, one session at a time, the numbers kept going up — 28, 32 and today, two 36 kg bells. The weight is great, but the real progress has been the confidence to believe I could do it. Grateful to my coaches @thequad.in everyone who pushed me, and everyone who believed in me along the way. If you’re waiting for the right time to start working out, don’t. Start with whatever you can, and keep showing up. You’ll surprise yourself.

Some moments are too beautiful to be lived only once. ❤️
A day filled with love, laughter, traditions and emotions — from the quiet glances and happy tears to the celebrations that brought everyone together.

From the old-world charm of the High Court to the endless calm of the sea.

Same couple. Same morning. Two completely different moods.

What started among the beautiful streets and architecture of Chennai ended with wind in their hair, sand under their feet, and the kind of moments that don’t need much posing. Just them, being them.

And honestly, when the couple brings this kind of energy, all you need is a camera and a little bit of magic.
