✨ Slow Flow Yoga with Chrissy Joy & Sue Finkle of Flow of Light, perfect for beginners and experienced yogis alike.

✨ Restorative sound healing to help release stress and recharge.

✨ Time with our horses and other four-legged friends.

✨ Refreshments, a silent auction, and an equine-care demonstration.

No yoga experience needed! Just bring your yoga mat, a blanket, water, comfortable clothes, and closed-toe shoes.

We had multiple mother/daughter guests this weekend, and one even had 3 generations🥹🥹 It is always so sweet to see who shows up for @tybeewellnessretreats, and this group was so open🙌

During my energy workshop we partner up for a hands on healing exercise. It’s an empowering opportunity to learn that EVERYONE has the power to heal🙌🙌 by @aquasonic_savannah_vibrations

My mom made THE BEST banana bread💛💛💛 And I love all things banana! Bananas Foster, banana ice cream, banana baby food😂😂.

And recently I found this Savannah Bananas banana split cream soda and just HAD to make a banana float with @leopoldsicecream banana ice cream.
