What a beautiful first year it has been. 🤍 Opening the gate for our one year celebration and seeing our community already gathered outside waiting to come in was a moment we’ll never forget. The entire morning felt like such a beautiful reflection of what we hoped Sumas Mountain Wellness could become. Our local vendors showed up with incredible offerings. Local businesses generously donated to our giveaway table. Our team showed up ready to welcome, connect and make the day special. And our community filled the studio and property with so much warmth, laughter and connection. To our admin team who spent countless hours supporting our vision behind the scenes planning, organizing and bringing all the little details together, thank you. And to every vendor, local business, team member, friend, family member and person who walked through our gates that day, we are so grateful. From the beginning, we wanted Sumas Mountain Wellness to be more than a studio. We wanted it to be a place where people could come exactly as they are. A place to connect, to feel welcome and to know that they belong. One year later, that is still at the heart of everything we do. The studio may be what brings us together, but it’s the people who make it a community. 🤍 One year has gone by so quickly. There’s so much more to come, and we’re so excited for what 2027 will bring. We hope you’ll be part of it. 🤍 With gratitude, Pam and Yasmine by @sumasmountainwellness

We are still feeling the love from our one year anniversary event last month! It was very hard to select images from the gallery from @jessrinfretphotography - she captured the day so well! We held a market morning for our community, or anyone looking to get plugged in! Serving matcha, flowers, merchandise, and providing space for connection, play, and relaxation. We are so excited about everything being built here at @sumasmountainwellness . After our anniversary event, we launched many new classes, filling our movement studio to 21 classes and offering movement 7 days a week! Alongside RMT, Acupuncture, Life Coaching, Sound Baths, and more.. we'd love to welcome you here. Hope to see you in the studio soon! by @sumasmountainwellness
