✨ This is what a REAL transformation looks like… ✨

When she first started with me back in February last year, signing up to bootcamp, coming a couple times a week, she wanted to make a change — but she also wanted to be able to enjoy her life while doing it.

She loves to socialise. She loves good food. And give her a pub garden, some sunshine and a glass of wine… she’s happy! 🍷☀️😂

And do you know what? She hasn’t had to give any of that up.

It wasn’t until September, she decided to take things up a level and joined my 6 Week Programme alongside bootcamp 3/4 times per week consistently, learning how to balance her desire to feel good & confident with the lifestyle she actually enjoys 😌

No hiding away from social occasions.
No missing out on meals with friends.
No saying goodbye to pub gardens and glasses of wine. 🍷
No all-or-nothing approach.

Instead, she’s learnt how to make better choices, understand balance, stay consistent and still LIVE her life. ❤️

And look at the result! 🔥

This transformation isn’t just about the physical changes — it’s about proving that you don’t have to choose between getting results and enjoying yourself 😇

I couldn’t be prouder of her. So many highs & lows for our girl over this last year mentally, physically & emotionally. Sometimes it’s definitely held her back & stopped her in her tracks intermittently, but with time, patience & guidance, she’s got this far already & we all love that for her🫶🏼

You can have both🪐💫

If you’re ready to get results without giving up the things you love, my Bootcamp & 6 Week Programme could be exactly what you’re looking for. 💪🏼💖 by @summerp_pt
